■About the Project:
This project is for one of the largest Automotive OEMs in Japan in Connected and Autonomous domain which is the niche area in market. The OEM have well developed and deployed car lines in major markets across the globe. However, OEM is looking for their next-generation of vehicle which will be based on Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) technology. One of the major technical area in SDV is off-board development using cloud infrastructure.
OEM is looking for the development of Engineering Cloud (collection of DataOps, MLOps and DevOps) for their next-generation of vehicle software development. The fleet vehicles will collect the data from the field and DataOps would be responsible for data ingestion and management of the collected data on cloud. MLOps would be responsible for executing the training and deployment tasks of the ML models on cloud using ML pipeline. DevOps would be responsible for software development, validation and deployment operation using CI/CD pipeline on cloud when developers check-in the software.
We are looking for a experienced talent who will contribute to establish these operations from scratch on cloud. The positions are open for DevOps Engineers and Cloud Architects. This opportunity will provide strong understanding and knowledge to resolve technical challenges which will emerge in the development of cloud infrastructure for automotive OEM from scratch.

日系大手自動車OEMのコネクテッドカー及び自動運転領域のプロジェクトとなります。Software Defined Vehicle (SDV)技術を基盤とした次世代の車を開発中で、クラウドインフラを使用したオフボードの開発はその主要な技術領域の一つとなっております。
OEMは、次世代の車両ソフトウェア開発のためのエンジニアリングクラウド（DataOps、MLOps、及びDevOpsのコレクション）の開発を進めています。フィールドから車両データを収集し、DataOpsはクラウド上で収集されたデータの取り込みおよび管理を担当します。MLOpsは、MLパイプラインを使用してクラウド上でのMLモデルのトレーニングとデプロイタスクを実行する責任があります。DevOpsは、開発者がソフトウェアをチェックインする際に、クラウド上でのCI/CDパイプラインを使用したソフトウェアの開発、検証、及びデプロイ操作を担当します。
これらのオペレーションをクラウド上でゼロから確立することが出来る経験豊富な方を求めております。このポジションを通じてゼロからの自動車OEMのクラウドインフラ開発においての技術的な課題を解決するための理解と経験を積むことができます。

■Minimum qualifications:
- AWS SDK – Stack development experience, Deployment, Automation, Management, and Maintenance of AWS cloud-based production/QA system
- Experience building and maintaining AWS infrastructure (VPC, EC2, Security Groups, IAM, S3, Lambda, Batch)
- Hands-on Experience on Python
- Experience in testing large scale networking and distributed systems
- Administer and troubleshoot Linux/Unix and Windows server system, Ensure configuration and compliance with configuration management tools
- Experience in deployment and management of Container orchestration solutions, including Kubernetes, OpenShift, or managed services, including AWS EKS, AWS Fargate, AWS Glue, AWS EMR
- Experience using monitoring solutions like CloudWatch, ELK Stack, and Prometheus
- Experience in Design & Development mythology and Team handling

- コンテナオーケストレーションソリューション、Kubernetes、OpenShiftなど、またはAWS EKS、AWS Fargate、AWS Glue、AWS - EMRなどの管理サービスのデプロイメントおよび管理の経験
- CloudWatch、ELK Stack、Prometheusのようなモニタリングツールを使用した経験
- 設計や開発方法論およびチームマネジメントの経験
Languages／言語:
- English: Business Level
- Japanese: Fluent (Native level is preferred)
■Nice to Have
- Understanding of writing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), using tools like CloudFormation or Terraform
- Understanding of Agile process (planning/stand-ups/retros etc.), and interact with cross-functional teams i.e. Development, Infrastructure, Security, Performance Engineering, and QA
- Build & manage Continuous Integration (CI) & Continuous Delivery (CD) runners on AWS
- Experience on workflow management of AWS
- Knowledge of Automotive Domain
- Knowledge of AWS IoT components

Regular Employee
Manager/Supervisor classification: Nil (Classifiable depending on the case)
Working hours classification: Deemed working hours system
Category of deemed working hours system: Discretionary labor system for professional work
Deemed working hours per day: 8hrs
■Salary
Monthly salary: * Under our corporate regulations, amount will be decided in consideration of candidates’ experiences and abilities.
Discretionary labor allowance: 60,000 JPY - 80,000 JPY
Overtime work allowance: By ordinary (Paid according to overtime working hours)

9:00 - 18:00
(Actual working hrs: 8hrs /Flex time system/ Core time: 10:00 - 16:00)
