職務内容
|
■Responsibilities:
1. Handle design and development responsibility of Android Automotive application development.
2. Application Development Schedule management to meet program milestones
3. Coordination with multi-geographical cross functional teams, suppliers and other stake holders
4. Application Effort Estimation, Schedule Negotiation with Client
5. Gather Latest Information of Android Automotive Technology and Perform PoC
1. Android Automotiveのアプリケーション開発に関して設計と開発を行う
2. プログラムのマイルストーンを達成できるようアプリケーション開発のスケジュールを管理する
3. さまざまな拠点で業務を行う他の部門のメンバー、サプライヤー、その他のステークホルダーと調整する
4. アプリケーション開発の工数の見積を行い、お客様とスケジュールを交渉する
5. Android Automotiveテクノロジーに関する最新情報を収集し、PoCを実施する

■Minimum qualifications:
1. Rich experience in Design and Development of Android Application.
2. Good Understanding of Android Studio, Java, Kotlin, Jetpack, MVVM
1. Android Applicationの設計と開発経験
2. Android Studio, Java, Kotlin, Jetpack, MVVMなどへの理解
Languages:
- Japanese: Basic
- English: Business
■ Nice to have skills
1. Good Dev-Ops Knowledge (GitLab, CI/CD, JIRA, Confluence etc.)
2. Knowledge of Agile Software Development
3. Experience with Android Application custom UI/UX component development
4. Good knowledge of Infotainment & Automotive domain
1. DevOps（GitLab、CI/CD、JIRA、Confluenceなど）の知識があること
2. アジャイルなソフトウェア開発の知識があること
3. AndroidアプリケーションのカスタムUIとUXのコンポーネント開発を行った経験があること

■Employment status
Regular Employee
Manager/Supervisor classification: Nil (Classifiable depending on the case)
Working hours classification: Deemed working hours system
Category of deemed working hours system: Discretionary labor system for professional work
Deemed working hours per day: 8hrs
■Salary
Annual salary: *will be decided in consideration of candidates’ experiences and abilities.
Discretionary labor allowance: 60,000 JPY - 80,000 JPY
Overtime work allowance: By ordinary (Paid according to overtime working hours)
Salary raise: Yes
Premium: Yes
■Working hours
9:00 - 18:00
(Actual working hrs: 8hrs /Flex time system/ Core time: 10:00 - 16:00)
■Holiday/Leave
Annual paid leave (10 days provided in the first year * Variable depending on joining date), Two days off every week (Sat, Sun), Public holidays, Yearend and new year holidays, Congratulation or condolence leave, and nursing leave.
