PLM Project Manager
職務内容 About the department:
We work on providing end to end IT and IoT solutions to customer for their engineering & manufacturing digital transformation.

About the project:
This project is related to implementing digital manufacturing solution using Teamcenter PLM tool. This includes understanding the existing engineering solution and extend the current solution to Digital Manufacturing and then integration with SAP and other downstream systems.

Job Description:
Define WBS and track progress of implementation and delivery
Will be responsible to report the progress on regular basis to onsite program manager and customer.
Will be responsible to highlight Issues and Risks to Management in advance to minimize the impact to schedule and work internally to mitigate the risks.
Will be responsible as SPOC with the customer and Team (both onsite & offshore) for addressing any issues or clarifications during the project activities.
Will be responsible to identify opportunities with customer and expand the scope of work for greater revenue realization to company.
 
登録資格 Required skills:
1. Good understanding and experience in Software Development life cycle mainly Waterfall and Agile method
2. Experience managing Project Risk and multiple stakeholder
3. Should have experience working on Engineering or Manufacturing domain
4. Able to understand the basic Engineering, Manufacturing and PLM terminology
5. Bilingual (English and Japanese) for speaking and writing.
6. Fluency in basic Microsoft office applications

Nice-to-have skills:
1. Experience in Digital engineering or Manufacturing consulting
2. PLM customization or basic programming skills
3.Working in global environment with multiple stakeholders from various geography
4. Experience in Digital Transformation Project implementation
 
待遇  ■Employment status
Full-time employees
Manager and supervisor classification: None (Yes in some cases)
Working hour classification: Deemed working hour system
Types of deemed working hour system: Discretionary labor system for specialized work
Deemed working hours per day: 8 hours

■Salary
Monthly salary: (Renewing) 250,000 yen ~ 620,000 yen * Determined in consideration of experience and ability according to our regulations
Discretionary labor allowance: 60,000 yen ~ 80,000 yen (None of the cases where the discretionary labor system is not applicable)
Overtime pay: Normal (paid according to overtime hours)
Salary increase: Yes
Bonuses: Yes

■Working hours
9:00〜18:00
(8 hours of actual work, flextime available, core time 10:00~16:00)

Annual paid leave (10 days of the first year * may vary depending on the date of employment), 2 days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays), national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, congratulation and condolence leave, childcare and nursing care leave
