航空会社様の各種システムのシステム開発から運用管理までサポートいたします。
オフショアの開発部隊と協力して進めていくプロジェクトとなり、ITビジネスアナリストを募集しています。
【仕事内容】
-航空会社のビジネスプロセスを理解
-ベンダーへの業務プロセスの詳細説明
-顧客およびサービスプロバイダーとの商談を実施
-ビジネスプロセスと議論のポイントを文書化
-新しいビジネスプロセスのテスト・スクリプトを作成
-オフショアと調整してテストを実施

【About Project】
We support from system development to operation and management for various systems of our airline company clients.
We do collaborate with offshore for in those projects.
We are looking for Business Analyst.
【Job description】
-Understand the business Process of Airline Business
-Explain the business process details with vendors
-Conduct the business discussions with customer and service proviers
-Document the business process and discussion points
-Write the test scripts for the new business process
-Coordinate with offshore for test execution

【Must】
-システム開発・運用プロジェクトのご経験（2年程）
-顧客およびサービスプロバイダーと調整するためのコミュニケーションスキル
-N1レベルの日本語スキルとビジネスレベルの英語スキル
社内SE、Sier、コンサルファームなどで上流工程に関わるご経験のある候補者でしたら幅広く検討致します
-About 2 years of experiences with system development/operation project
-Communication skills to coordinate with customer and service providers
-N1 level Japanese and business level English

昇給：有(契約社員の場合は無)
採用グレードに応じて裁量労働制(専門型、みなし労働制)を適用(裁量同等手当：6万円〜8万円/月)

9:00〜18:00
