大手日系自動車メーカー向けの車両開発プロジェクトに参画いただきます。シャシー部品の調達・技術支援を担当し、日本のお客様、サプライヤー、海外チームをつなぐ重要なポジションです。グローバル環境で自動車開発・調達の専門性を高めたい方を歓迎します。
主な業務内容:
自動車メーカーと社内外関係者との技術調整・コミュニケーション
シャシー部品のソーシング業務（RFI/RFQ、サプライヤー選定・評価）
図面、仕様書、BOMの確認および技術レビュー
燃料系部品、サスペンション関連部品などの技術支援
サプライヤーとの品質・生産・コストに関する調整
進捗管理、課題管理、レポーティング業務

登録資格
|
応募資格:
自動車業界でのシャシー部品または関連機械部品の経験
サプライヤーとの技術調整または調達業務経験
日系OEMまたはTier1サプライヤープロジェクト経験
Chassis 経験は5年以上〜
語学力:
ビジネス上級（会議、プレゼン、顧客・社内関係者との折衝を自立して行える）

■Employment status
Regular Employee
Manager/Supervisor classification: Nil (Classifiable depending on the case)
Working hours classification: Deemed working hours system
Category of deemed working hours system: Discretionary labor system for professional work
Deemed working hours per day: 8hrs
■Salary
Annual salary: *will be decided in consideration of candidates’ experiences and abilities.
Discretionary labor allowance: 60,000 JPY - 80,000 JPY
Overtime work allowance: By ordinary (Paid according to overtime working hours)
Salary raise: Yes
Premium: Yes
■Working hours
9:00 - 18:00
(Actual working hrs: 8hrs /Flex time system/ Core time: 10:00 - 16:00)
■Holiday/Leave
Annual paid leave (10 days provided in the first year * Variable depending on joining date), Two days off every week (Sat, Sun), Public holidays, Yearend and new year holidays, Congratulation or condolence leave, and nursing leave.
