職務内容 ■Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:

1. Conduct training sessions on Model Based Software Development
2. Good understanding of MBD, related processes, tools and Verification & Validation
3. Customer Interaction

■Reporting Relationship: Project Manager/Offshore Lead/Onsite Lead


1. モデルベースのソフトウェア開発に関するトレーニング・セッション(研修)の実施
2. MBD、関連プロセス、ツール、および検証(Verification)及び妥当性確認(Validation)の高度な理解
3. 日本のクライアント様とのやり取り

登録資格 ■Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

• Good Japanese/English Bilingual Communication Skills
• Knowledge of Model Based Software Development Life Cycle (MBD - SDLC)
• Model creation, modeling rules and validation experience
• MBD related tools experience (MATLAB Simulink, Stateflow, Targetlink, Embedded Coder, Reactis, etc.)
• MBD verification & validation process (Rapid Prototyping, MIL, SIL, HILS)
• Experience conducting training sessions
• Good communication skills and good team player
• Provide technical support to projects

• Exposure to Automotive industry with know-how of vehicle electronics
• Knowledge of ISO26262 Safety compliance Software Development process
• Knowledge of AUTOSAR Software development methods

■Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE: Experience – 3-8 years/ Qualification - Engineer

• MBDの検証(Verification)及び妥当性確認(Validation)のプロセス(Rapid Prototyping、MIL、SIL、HILS)
• トレーニング・セッション(研修)実施の経験
• コミュニケーションスキルおよびチームプレーに優れている
• プロジェクトにテクニカルサポートを提供

• 自動車業界での勤務経験があり、車載電子部品のノウハウがある
• ISO26262安全順守ソフトウェア開発プロセスの知見
• AUTOSARソフトウェア開発方法の知見

待遇  ■Employment status
Regular Employee
Manager/Supervisor classification: Nil (Classifiable depending on the case)
Deemed working hours per day: 8hrs

Monthly salary:Under our corporate regulations, amount will be decided in consideration of candidates’ experiences and abilities.
Discretionary labor allowance: 60,000 JPY - 80,000 JPY
Overtime work allowance: By ordinary (Paid according to overtime working hours)
Salary raise: Yes
Premium: Yes

■Working hours
9:00 - 18:00
(Actual working hrs: 8hrs /Flex time system/ Core time: 10:00 - 16:00)
