Drive delivery activity across the multiple delivery streams within IT Modernization, while retaining a close collaboration and alignment with all related IT functions, Business Transformation teams, and wider Bank functions (e.g. Product, Credit, Finance etc.).
Administer the overarching delivery plan, identifying, understanding, and ensuring proactive management of the complex set of dependencies across different delivery streams.
Support the management of delivery within typical controls, such as: Resource and financial management (forecasting and tracking) Planning, including dependency management, Scope management (including change control and assessment), Risk and issue management.
Clear roles, responsibilities and decision-making authorities.
Establishment of design and delivery stage gates.
Demonstrate clear understanding of overall business strategy and align the technology vision and plans.
Ensure collaboration between business and technology roles associated with the cross-functional team construct and ensure seamless alignment of business and IT imperatives.
Be well versed with technology and digital trends and developments in the Financial Services industry.
Be well versed in both Agile and Waterfall techniques and have experience of marrying these areas in successful hybrid forms at scale.
Provide leadership and guidance to teams delivering transformative change against the strategy.
Ensure delivery is in accordance with the change management methodology: all necessary documents and artefacts are in place; tollgates are adhered to and clear auditability of key decisions made from start to finish.
Build effective and positive relationships with project vendors and 3rd parties ensuring optimal ways of working and clear accountabilities.

■Salary
Monthly salary : Under our corporate regulations, amount will be decided in consideration of candidates’ experiences and abilities.
Discretionary labor allowance: 60,000 JPY - 80,000 JPY
Overtime work allowance: By ordinary (Paid according to overtime working hours)

9:00 - 18:00
(Actual working hrs: 8hrs /Flex time system/ Core time: 10:00 - 16:00)
