職務内容 Seeking IT PMO to oversee and enhance over all IT Operations, Processes and Management. You will be responsible for establishing PMO standards, managing operations, portfolios and ensuring seamless communication across multiple teams and stakeholders.

1.Management and Operational Support for:
-Quality
-Finance and Accounting
-IT Contract
-Onboarding
-Operations
-Security
-Vendor Management

2.Stakeholder Engagement
-Liaison between TCS teams and Business Stakeholders
-Gathering and communicating stakeholder’s requirements
-Ensuring stakeholder expectations are met.

3.Operational Support and coordination
-Facilitating communication between client, TCS team and other departments
-Providing centralized support for operation activities, such as scheduling and budgeting

4.Governance and Standards
-Establishing standard, processes, framework, and methodologies
-Ensuring compliance with organizational polices

5.Resource Management
-Allocating Resources
-Managing resource capacity and ensuring optimal utilization
-Identifying skills gaps and recommending training

6.Risk Management
-Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks
-Establishing contingency plans and monitoring risks factors
-Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations

7.Quality Assurance
-Ensuring adherence to best practices
-Monitoring deliverables to meet quality standards. 
登録資格 Required Qualification:
-4 to 5 years of experience in IT Operations and Management.
-Experience in managing IT projects or acting as a liaison between IT operations and client.
-Japanese Level : Business or JLPT Level 1 or 2. Strong hold on written and verbal communication.
-Strong problem solving, analytical and organizational skills.
-Proven track record in managing a portfolio.
-Certification in Agile/Scrum, ITIL
-Client Handling Experience
