【Job Summary】:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Client Partner to drive growth, manage key client relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of IT services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT solutions, business development, and account management, with a proven track record of expanding client portfolios and fostering long-term partnerships.
【Key Responsibilities】:
・Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong,long-term relationships.
・Understand client business objectives, industry challenges, and IT requirements to provide strategic guidance.
・Foster trust and credibility by delivering high-quality solutions and services.
・Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
・Drive account expansion through cross-selling and upselling of IT services, including cloud solutions, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and managed services.
・Meet or exceed revenue targets and profitability goals for assigned accounts.
・Collaborate with technical teams to propose tailored IT solutions that address client challenges.
・Lead client presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
・Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative recommendations.
・Ensure successful execution of projects by coordinating with delivery teams and addressing any client concerns.
・Act as an escalation point for client issues and work towards swift resolutions.
・Measure client satisfaction and continuously improve service quality.
・Work closely with delivery and project teams to ensure successful execution of IT services.
・Monitor project performance, addressing any issues proactively to maintain high client satisfaction.
・Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on client feedback and industry best practices.
・Develop account growth strategies and execute account plans.
・Provide regular updates and reports on client engagement, revenue forecasts, and market trends.
・Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive insights to add value to client discussions.

【Qualifications & Skills】:
・Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
・10+ years of experience in client relationship management, sales, or business development in the IT services industry. Insurance is must OR connection with insurance industry influencer or decision makers.
・Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing enterprise-level accounts.
・Strong understanding of IT solutions, including cloud computing, software development, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
・Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
・Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
・Willingness to travel as needed.
・Language: Proficiency in Japanese (business-level) and English (business-level) is required
【Preferred Skills】:
・Deep understanding of Japan’s IT services market and business culture.
・Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
・Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and DevOps frameworks.
・Experience working in a global/matrix organization.
