【Job Summary】:
As the Sub-Unit Head for IT Services Operations, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end IT service delivery, business growth, and operational efficiency in Japan. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in IT services, client engagement, and operational management within the Japanese market.
【Key Responsibilities】:
•Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance service delivery and business growth in Japan.
•Drive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
•Ensure alignment with the company's global strategy while catering to local market needs.
•Oversee IT service delivery, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and customer satisfaction benchmarks.
•Implement best practices for project management, service operations, and quality assurance.
•Manage and optimize budgets, resources, and processes for operational efficiency.
•Act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and business expansion.
•Collaborate with sales, delivery, and technical teams to provide tailored IT solutions.
•Drive customer success initiatives and enhance service offerings based on client needs.
•Lead and mentor teams, fostering a high-performance work culture.
•Hire, train, and develop talent to meet current and future business needs.
•Ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate policies.

【Qualifications & Experience】:
•Education: Bachelor's or master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Experience: 20+ years in IT services, with at least 5 years in a leadership/operations role in Japan.
•Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of IT service management, outsourcing, and enterprise solutions. Insurance is must or connection with insurance industry influencer or decision makers
•Client Engagement: Proven track record in managing enterprise clients and delivering large-scale IT projects.
•Leadership: Experience in managing diverse teams, driving performance, and fostering innovation.
•Language: Proficiency in Japanese (business-level) and English (business-level) is required.
【Preferred Skills】:
•Deep understanding of Japan’s IT services market and business culture.
•Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
•Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and DevOps frameworks.
•Experience working in a global/matrix organization.
