製造業向けの大規模なIoTプラットフォーム構築をリードする、バイリンガルのAzureテクニカルリードを募集しています。本ポジションでは、Microsoft Azureを活用したクラウドネイティブなソリューション開発を主導し、グローバルに展開する製造業クライアントのデジタルトランスフォーメーション（DX）を推進していただきます。最新のAzureサービス（サーバーレスやIoT関連）を用いて、拡張性・安全性・効率性の高いシステムを、クロスファンクショナルなチームと共に構築していく役割です。
■Position Overview:
We are looking for a bilingual Azure Technical Lead to drive the design and development of large-scale IoT platforms for the manufacturing industry. In this role, you will lead cloud-native solution development using Microsoft Azure, contributing to the digital transformation (DX) of globally operating manufacturers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient systems that leverage the latest Azure services, including serverless computing and IoT solutions.

当部門は、製造・エンジニアリング領域におけるクライアントのDXを支援するための、ITおよびIoTソリューションをエンド・トゥ・エンドで提供しています。主にMicrosoft AzureやAWSのIoTサービスを活用したIoTプラットフォームの要件定義、設計、開発、テスト、展開、保守を行っています。
■About the Department:
We provide end-to-end IT and IoT solutions to support our clients’ engineering and manufacturing digital transformation.
We mainly focus on developing IoT platform projects for the engineering and manufacturing industries. This includes requirement analysis, design, development, deployment, testing, and maintenance of IoT solutions using Microsoft Azure's IoT services and AWS IoT services.

シニアAzure開発者として、Microsoft Azureを用いたクラウドネイティブアプリケーションの設計・開発・展開を担当していただきます。Azureサービス、サーバーレスアーキテクチャ、マイクロサービス、IoTソリューションに関する豊富な知識が求められます。クロスファンクショナルチームと連携しながら、安全かつスケーラブルなクラウドソリューションを構築していただきます。
クラウド開発・アーキテクチャ
• Azure Functions、App Services、Logic Apps、Service Bus、Event Gridなどを用いたクラウドアプリの設計・開発・実装
• Azure PaaS/IaaSを活用したマイクロサービスおよびサーバーレスアーキテクチャの構築
• アプリケーションの拡張性・信頼性・セキュリティを担保
• 設計レビューの実施と整合性の確認
統合・API開発
• Azure API Management、Azure Functions、.NET Coreを用いたRESTful API開発
• Event Hub、Service Bus、Event Gridを活用したイベント駆動アーキテクチャの実装
• サードパーティサービスやオンプレミスアプリケーションとの統合
データ管理・ストレージ
• Azure SQL、Cosmos DB、Blob Storage、Table Storageによるデータ管理
• Azure Data FactoryやLogic Appsを活用したデータパイプライン構築
監視・トラブルシューティング
• Azure Monitor、Application Insights、Log Analyticsによる監視・ログ設定
• パフォーマンス問題のデバッグ・最適化
チーム連携・リーダーシップ
• アーキテクトやプロダクトオーナー、開発チームと連携してクラウド戦略を策定
• 若手開発者への技術指導・メンタリング
• 最新のAzure技術・ベストプラクティスの継続的なキャッチアップ
• ステークホルダーとの日英での技術的なワークショップやディスカッションの実施
■Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Senior Azure Developer with expertise in designing, developing, and deploying cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Azure services, serverless computing, microservices architecture, and Azure IoT Services. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to build scalable and secure cloud solutions.
Cloud Development & Architecture:
• Design, develop, and implement cloud-based applications using Azure services such as Azure Functions, App Services, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Event Grid
• Architect and implement microservices-based and serverless solutions using Azure PaaS and IaaS
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of cloud applications
• Conduct design reviews and ensure alignment with agreed designs
Integration & API Development:
• Develop RESTful APIs using Azure API Management, Azure Functions, and .NET Core
• Implement event-driven architectures with Azure Event Hub, Service Bus, and Event Grid
• Integrate third-party services, databases, and on-premises applications with Azure solutions
Data Management & Storage:
• Work with Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, and Table Storage to efficiently store and manage data
• Design and implement data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Logic Apps
Monitoring & Troubleshooting:
• Set up application monitoring and logging using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics
• Debug and troubleshoot performance issues and optimize cloud applications
Collaboration & Leadership:
• Work with architects, product owners, and development teams to define cloud strategies
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Stay current with the latest Azure technologies and best practices
• Conduct technical workshops/discussions in both Japanese and English with stakeholders

■応募資格（必須）：
• Azure開発およびクラウドソリューションに関する実務経験：5年以上
• 言語：日本語（ビジネスレベル以上）、英語（中級以上）
■Minimum qualifications:
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Azure development and cloud solutions
• Languages: Japanese(Business level or above), English (Intermediate level or above)
■歓迎スキル：
• Microsoft認定資格：Azure Solutions Architect Expert（AZ-305）
• 製造業（自動車、産業機械など）でのAzure IoTプラットフォーム構築経験
• C#、.NET Core、Python、JavaScript（Node.js）いずれかの開発スキル
• Azure Functions、App Services、Logic Apps、IoT Hub、Azure Digital Twins、Service Busに精通
• Azure SQL、Cosmos DB、Blob Storageの実務経験
• RESTおよびGraphQLを用いたAPI開発・統合の経験
• OAuth、Azure AD、クラウドセキュリティの知識
• Docker、Kubernetes（AKS）などのコンテナ技術の知識
• アジャイルでスピーディーな開発環境への適応力
■ Nice to have skills:
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
• Experience in building IoT platforms using Azure in the manufacturing industry (e.g., automotive, industrial machinery).
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, Python, or JavaScript (Node.js)
• Strong experience with Azure Functions, App Services, Logic Apps, IoT Hub, Azure Digital Twins, and Service Bus
• Hands-on experience with Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and Blob Storage
• Expertise in API development and integration using REST and GraphQL
• Knowledge of OAuth, Azure AD, and cloud security best practices
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), and containerized applications is a plus
• Ability to work in an agile and fast-paced environment

■Employment status
Regular Employee
Manager/Supervisor classification: Nil (Classifiable depending on the case)
Deemed working hours per day: 8hrs
■Salary
Monthly salary: Under our corporate regulations, amount will be decided in consideration of candidates’ experiences and abilities.
Discretionary labor allowance: 60,000 JPY - 80,000 JPY
Overtime work allowance: By ordinary (Paid according to overtime working hours)

9:00 - 18:00
(Actual working hrs: 8hrs /Flex time system/ Core time: 10:00 - 16:00)
