We are seeking an experienced Automotive CAE Engineer to join our advanced simulation team. In this role, you will support the development of cutting-edge vehicle technologies by performing structural, thermal, NVH, crash, and durability simulations using industry-leading CAE tools. This position provides a strong foundation for engineers looking to grow in simulation and digital validation, with exposure to various vehicle types including ICE, Hybrid, and BEV.

Our department specializes in advanced CAE simulations to enhance vehicle performance, safety, and efficiency. You will support mainstream vehicle programs including Internal Combustion Engine (ICE), Hybrid, and Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV) by:
- Contributing to early-stage development activities
- Coordinating harness-related tasks with suppliers

■ Responsibilities/仕事内容:
- Perform structural, thermal, NVH, crash, and durability simulations for automotive components and systems
- Utilize tools such as ANSYS, Abaqus, HyperMesh, LS-DYNA, and Nastran
- Support design teams with analysis results, optimization proposals, and design enhancements
- Conduct correlation studies between simulation outputs and physical testing
- Develop and validate CAE models to ensure accurate real-world performance prediction
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Automate CAE workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce lead time
- 自動車部品・システムの構造、熱、NVH(騒音・振動・ハーシュネス)、衝突、耐久性に関するCAEシミュレーションの実施
- ANSYS、Abaqus、HyperMesh、LS-DYNA、Nastranなどの業界標準CAEツールの使用
- 解析結果の報告、最適化提案、設計改善により設計チームを支援
- シミュレーション結果と物理試験結果との相関分析
- 実環境での性能を正確に予測するCAEモデルの開発・検証
- 業界の安全基準・法規制への適合確認

■ Minimum Qualifications/応募要件:
- Proven experience in CAE analysis within the automotive industry
- Proficiency in structural, thermal, NVH, crash, and durability simulations
- Hands-on experience with CAE tools such as ANSYS, Abaqus, HyperMesh, LS-DYNA, and Nastran
- Solid understanding of FEA and CFD principles
- Familiarity with automotive materials and manufacturing processes
- Ability to interpret and correlate simulation data with physical test results
- 自動車業界におけるCAE解析の実務経験
- 構造・熱・NVH・衝突・耐久性の各種シミュレーションに関する知識と経験
- ANSYS、Abaqus、HyperMesh、LS-DYNA、Nastran等のCAEツールの使用経験
- 有限要素解析(FEA)および数値流体力学(CFD)の理解
- 自動車材料および製造プロセスに関する知識
- シミュレーション結果の解釈と物理試験との照合能力
Languages/言語レベル:
- Japanese: Native Level, OR Business level JPN & English
- 日本語ネイティブレベル、または日本語・英語共にビジネスレベル以上
■ Nice to Have Skills/尚可要件:
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or MATLAB for process automation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the automotive domain, particularly in wire harness design
- PythonやMATLABなどのスクリプト言語を用いたプロセス自動化の経験
- 高い分析力および課題解決能力
- 自動車業界でのワイヤーハーネス設計経験

Manager/Supervisor classification: Nil (Classifiable depending on the case)
Working hours classification: Deemed working hours system
Category of deemed working hours system: Discretionary labor system for professional work
Deemed working hours per day: 8hrs
■Salary
Annual salary: *will be decided in consideration of candidates’ experiences and abilities.
Discretionary labor allowance: 60,000 JPY - 80,000 JPY
Overtime work allowance: By ordinary (Paid according to overtime working hours)

9:00 - 18:00
(Actual working hrs: 8hrs /Flex time system/ Core time: 10:00 - 16:00)
