■ Position Overview／ポジション概要
As a PLM Technical Architect, you will lead the technical planning and system design of PLM solutions that support customers’ product development processes. This role involves close collaboration with both the client and internal development teams, translating complex business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions. You will play a key role in designing object-based documentation, BOM structures, and change/configuration management models that align with the customer’s digital transformation goals.
PLMテクニカルアーキテクトとして、製品開発プロセスを支援するPLMソリューションの技術設計とシステム計画をリードしていただきます。本ポジションでは、クライアントや社内開発チームと密に連携し、複雑な業務・機能要件をスケーラブルな技術設計へと落とし込みます。オブジェクトベースのドキュメント管理、BOM構造、変更・構成管理モデルの設計を通じて、クライアントのデジタル変革を推進します。

■ About the Project／プロジェクト概要
This project involves implementing a PLM system to support new product development processes. The client currently uses a file-based management approach and seeks to transition to a more scalable, object-based PLM system. The key focus areas include document digitization, BOM (Bill of Materials) management, and change/configuration control.
本プロジェクトでは、新製品開発を支援するためのPLMシステムの導入を行います。現在、クライアントはファイルベースの管理方法を採用しており、これをオブジェクトベースのPLMシステムに移行することを目指しています。主な焦点は、ドキュメントのデジタル化、BOM（部品表）管理、および変更・構成管理の強化です。

■ Responsibilities／主な業務内容
1. Understand and document functional and technical requirements for the PLM system
2. Collaborate with the customer to define a high-level "To-Be" system and identify solution options
3. Execute Proof of Concepts (PoC) and present concepts to stakeholders
4. Prepare system requirement documents, infrastructure sizing specifications, external UI design, and data model design
5. Create both high-level and low-level technical designs, including sequence flow diagrams
6. Review design documents with development teams and prepare development plans
7. Coordinate communication between customers, local teams, and global teams to ensure alignment

3. 概念実証（PoC）を実施し、顧客へデモンストレーションを行う

5. 高水準および詳細な設計仕様書、シーケンスフローを作成する
6. 開発チームと設計内容を共有し、開発計画を策定・実行する
7. 顧客・ローカルチーム・グローバルチーム間のコミュニケーションを調整し、情報連携を確保する

■ Must Requirements／必須要件
1. 10+ years of experience in the PLM industry, currently working as a Technical Architect
2. Strong hands-on expertise with Siemens Teamcenter PLM, Mendix, and Teamcenter–Mendix connector
3. In-depth knowledge of Teamcenter modules including AWC, Program Planning, Change Management, Structure Manager, MPP, Query Builder, ACL, Organization, BMIDE, and Mendix integration
4. Functional understanding of engineering or manufacturing processes and the ability to translate them into PLM design

2. Siemens Teamcenter PLM、Mendix、Teamcenter–Mendixコネクタに関する豊富な実務経験
3. AWC、Program Planning、Change Management、Structure Manager、MPP、Query Builder、ACL、Organization、BMIDE、Mendix統合など、Teamcenterモジュールに関する深い知識
4. 設計・製造業務の業務知識と、それをPLM上で技術設計に落とし込むスキル
■ Language Requirements／語学力
- Japanese: Fluent (able to lead discussions and create documentation)
- English: Business level (able to work with global teams and write documentation)
- 日本語：流暢（会議のリードや資料作成が可能）
- 英語：ビジネスレベル（グローバルチームとの連携や文書作成が可能）
■ Nice to Have／歓迎要件
1. Experience in digital engineering or manufacturing process consulting
2. Experience in semiconductor lifecycle management
3. Experience working with global teams and stakeholders across multiple regions
4. Experience in defining and implementing digital transformation strategies
5. Strong English communication skills to coordinate with both local and global TCS teams

■Employment status
Regular Employee/正社員
Manager/Supervisor classification: Nil (Classifiable depending on the case)
Working hours classification: Deemed working hours system
Category of deemed working hours system: Discretionary labor system for professional work
Deemed working hours per day: 8hrs
■Salary
Annual salary: *will be decided in consideration of candidates’ experiences and abilities.
Discretionary labor allowance: 60,000 JPY - 80,000 JPY
Overtime work allowance: By ordinary (Paid according to overtime working hours)
Salary raise: Yes
Premium: Yes
■Working hours
9:00 - 18:00
(Actual working hrs: 8hrs /Flex time system/ Core time: 10:00 - 16:00)
