■ Position Overview／ポジション概要
As a PLM Project Manager specializing in the retail sector, you will lead end-to-end implementation of PLM digital transformation projects. This role requires not only strong project management skills but also a solid understanding of retail product development, engineering, and manufacturing processes. You will manage stakeholders, track delivery progress, mitigate project risks, and ensure successful execution of PLM implementations with minimal customization.
リテール業界向けのPLMプロジェクトマネージャーとして、PLMのデジタルトランスフォーメーションを実現するプロジェクトの全体推進を担っていただきます。プロジェクト管理のスキルだけでなく、小売業の商品開発プロセスや、エンジニアリングおよび製造業務に関する理解も求められます。複数のステークホルダーとの調整、進捗管理、リスク対応を通じて、最小限のカスタマイズでPLM導入を成功に導きます。

■ About the Project／プロジェクト概要
This project focuses on the digital transformation of a legacy PLM system. The customer is transitioning to a next-generation PLM platform to improve product development efficiency. The primary goal is to meet engineering requirements through system configuration with minimal customization.
本プロジェクトは、旧式のPLMシステムから次世代型PLMプラットフォームへの移行によるデジタルトランスフォーメーションを目的としています。顧客の商品開発プロセスを支援するため、できる限りカスタマイズを抑えながら、システム設定によって業務要件に対応することが主な狙いです。

■ Responsibilities／主な業務内容
1. Manage communication across multiple stakeholders and ensure alignment
2. Define work breakdown structure (WBS) and track implementation progress
3. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and track action items
4. Own project delivery and define quality management processes
5. Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends
6. Provide weekly project status reports to both customer and internal management
7. Manage project effort estimation and cost control

■ Must Requirements／必須要件
1. Experience with retail PLM tools such as FlexPLM, Centric Software, TradeBeyond, Lectra, etc.
2. Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
3. Experience managing project risks and working with multiple stakeholders
4. Experience in engineering or manufacturing-related projects
5. Understanding of basic engineering, manufacturing, and PLM terminology

2. ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル（Waterfall・Agile）の理解と経験

■ Language Requirements／語学力
- Japanese: Fluent (able to lead discussions and create documentation)
- English: Business level (able to work with global teams and write documentation)
- 日本語：流暢（会議のリードや資料作成が可能）
- 英語：ビジネスレベル（グローバルチームとの連携や文書作成が可能）
■ Nice to Have／歓迎要件
1. Experience in digital engineering or manufacturing consulting
2. Experience with PLM tools such as Teamcenter, Windchill, or Enovia
3. Hands-on experience implementing PLM for a retail company
4. Basic programming knowledge
5. Experience working in global, multi-stakeholder environments
6. Involvement in digital transformation project execution

■Employment status
Regular Employee／正社員
Manager/Supervisor classification: Nil (Classifiable depending on the case)
Working hours classification: Deemed working hours system
Category of deemed working hours system: Discretionary labor system for professional work
Deemed working hours per day: 8hrs
■Salary
Annual salary: *will be decided in consideration of candidates’ experiences and abilities.
Discretionary labor allowance: 60,000 JPY - 80,000 JPY
Overtime work allowance: By ordinary (Paid according to overtime working hours)
Salary raise: Yes
Premium: Yes
■Working hours
9:00 - 18:00
(Actual working hrs: 8hrs /Flex time system/ Core time: 10:00 - 16:00)
