As a PLM Business Analyst in the retail domain, you will play a key role in supporting new customer acquisition and driving PLM adoption for clients beginning their digital transformation journey. You will analyze complex retail business processes, translate them into system requirements, and contribute to the configuration and implementation of Retail PLM solutions.
リテール業界におけるPLMビジネスアナリストとして、新規顧客の獲得とPLM導入の初期段階からの支援を担っていただきます。複雑な小売業務プロセスを分析し、システム要件へと落とし込みながら、PLMソリューションの設定・導入にも貢献していただきます。

■ About the Project／プロジェクト概要
This is a newly created position to support new customer acquisition for clients that are just beginning their PLM journey. You will work closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams to enable a smooth and effective PLM implementation process.
本ポジションは、新たにPLM導入を検討・開始したクライアント向けに、新規顧客開拓を支援するための新設ポジションです。ビジネスサイドおよび技術サイドと密に連携し、PLM導入をスムーズかつ効果的に進めることが期待されます。

■ Responsibilities／主な業務内容
• Understand and analyze core retail functions such as forecasting, merchandising, assortment planning, BOM, costing, packaging, and labeling
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate PLM business requirements
• Conduct business process analysis and identify areas for optimization
• Translate business needs into functional specifications
• Configure and customize Retail PLM modules to support business operations
• Create and maintain business documentation, process flows, use cases, and test plans
• Support PLM solution design and implementation aligned with business goals
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate sign-off with stakeholders
• Train and support end-users for effective system adoption
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams
• Monitor performance of implemented solutions and propose improvements
• Stay up-to-date with PLM product features, industry trends, and best practices
• 予測、マーチャンダイジング、品揃え計画、BOM、原価計算、パッケージング、ラベリングなど、小売業の中核機能を理解・分析する
• ステークホルダーと連携して、PLMに関する業務要件を収集・ドキュメント化・検証する
• 業務プロセスを分析し、改善機会を特定する
• ビジネス要件を機能仕様に落とし込む
• Retail PLMモジュールを業務要件に合わせて設定・カスタマイズする
• 業務フロー、ユースケース、テスト計画などのドキュメントを作成・管理する
• ビジネス目標に即したPLMソリューションの設計・導入を支援する
• UAT（ユーザー受入テスト）を実施し、関係者と承認を得る
• エンドユーザーに対するトレーニングとサポートを提供する
• 業務担当者と技術チームの橋渡し役となる
• 導入されたソリューションの効果を監視し、必要に応じて改善提案を行う
• PLM製品の新機能、業界トレンド、ベストプラクティスを常にキャッチアップする

This role offers significant opportunities to work on PLM design, implementation, and engineering process optimization. You will gain hands-on experience collaborating with both Japan and global teams, and build your expertise in business process consulting. Career progression may include roles such as: Teamcenter Developer → Senior Developer → Technical Lead → Technical Architect.

■Must Requirements／必須要件
1. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a PLM environment, ideally in Retail PLM (e.g., Lectra, Centric, FlexPLM)
2. Strong understanding of PLM principles and best practices
3. Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Retail PLM products
4. Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate complex business needs into system specifications
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders

2. PLMの基本原則やベストプラクティスに関する深い理解

■ Language Requirements／語学力
- Japanese: Fluent (able to lead discussions and create documentation)
- English: Business level (able to work with global teams and write documentation)
- 日本語：流暢（会議のリードや資料作成が可能）
- 英語：ビジネスレベル（グローバルチームとの連携や文書作成が可能）
■Nice to Have／歓迎要件
1. Skilled in creating business process diagrams and detailed documentation
2. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
4. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project tracking tools
5. Knowledge of supply chain management processes
6. Familiarity with additional PLM systems and tools
7. Basic understanding of programming (e.g., Java) and database systems

■Employment status
Regular Employee
Manager/Supervisor classification: Nil (Classifiable depending on the case)
Working hours classification: Deemed working hours system
Category of deemed working hours system: Discretionary labor system for professional work
Deemed working hours per day: 8hrs
■Salary
Annual salary: *will be decided in consideration of candidates’ experiences and abilities.
Discretionary labor allowance: 60,000 JPY - 80,000 JPY
Overtime work allowance: By ordinary (Paid according to overtime working hours)
Salary raise: Yes
Premium: Yes
■Working hours
9:00 - 18:00
(Actual working hrs: 8hrs /Flex time system/ Core time: 10:00 - 16:00)

Annual paid leave (10 days provided in the first year * Variable depending on joining date), Two days off every week (Sat, Sun), Public holidays, Yearend and new year holidays, Congratulation or condolence leave, and nursing leave.
