◆プロジェクト概要
大手証券会社様向けのホールセール業務に関するアプリケーション保守・運用プロジェクトです。
◆職務内容詳細
・保守対象システムへの改善バックログに対して、お客様への要件ヒアリングから始まり、設計、開発、テスト、リリースを一気通貫で対応します。
・弊社運用チームと共にScrumチームを組み、各種Scrumイベントへの取り組みおよびDevOpsの高度化に取り組みます。
・チームの技術的なコアメンバーとして、Jrメンバーが作成および実装したドキュメントやプログラムのレビューを通じて、品質担保とJrメンバーの育成を担います。
◆ Project Overview
This is a maintenance and operations project for wholesale business applications for a major securities company.
◆ Detailed Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the end-to-end process of handling improvement backlogs for the target systems, starting from requirements hearing with the client, through design, development, testing, and release.
You will work as part of a Scrum team alongside our operations team, actively participating in various Scrum events and contributing to the advancement of DevOps practices.
As a technical core member of the team, you will ensure quality and support junior members’ growth by reviewing documents and programs created and implemented by them.

【必須】
・Java開発経験：3年以上
・Angular開発経験：3年以上
・要件定義、基本設計の経験
・日本語N1レベル以上
【歓迎】
・Agile開発経験
・DevOps、CI/CD環境の構築
・英語力（読み、書き。話せると尚良い）
◆ Required Skills
・Minimum 3 years of experience in Java development
・Minimum 3 years of experience in Angular development
・Experience in requirements definition and basic design
・Japanese language proficiency at N1 level or higher
◆ Preferred Skills
・Experience in Agile development
・Experience in building DevOps and CI/CD environments
・English proficiency (reading and writing; speaking is a plus)
