Digital Transformation / デジタルトランスフォーメーション Test Manager (AIC-134) *insurance domain experience is required 職務内容 【部門について】 Growth & Transformation Services（G&T Services）は、TCS内に新たに設立されたデリバリー組織であり、コンサルティングサービス、プロフェッショナルサービスからデジタルマネージドサービスに至るまで、顧客のエンドツーエンドのニーズに対応することを目的としています。 G&T Servicesチームは、ソリューションの構想から構築、導入後の運用管理まで、包括的なサービスを提供します。 この体制は、以下の4つのサブユニットによって支えられています： グローバルコンサルティングプラクティス（GCP） 新設の統合組織「AI.Cloud」 新設のサイバーセキュリティユニット 新設のAIセンター・オブ・エクセレンス（CoE） 【プロジェクトについて】 外資系大手生命保険会社においてグローバル標準プラットフォームへのシステム移行プロジェクトの一環として、テストチームの一員としてSIT（システム統合テスト）の計画および実行を支援していただきます。 顧客の登録・管理を行い、製品設計から申請までのプロセスをすべてペーパーレスで実施します。 【ポジションの魅力】 継続的な学習機会があり、求人市場でも高い需要があるポジションです。 ソフトウェア品質に大きな影響を与えることができる点も魅力です。 テスターはソフトウェア開発ライフサイクルにおいて重要な役割を担い、チーム間の橋渡し役として、高品質なユーザー体験の実現に貢献します。 【役割と責任】 ・テスト計画、テストケース、関連スクリプトの作成・文書化・維持 ・繰り返しテストのための戦略の策定・文書化 ・テスト計画およびテストケースの実行・評価 ・ソフトウェアテスト結果の分析と是正措置の提案 ・テストケースのトラブルシューティングおよびデバッグ ・ソフトウェアテスト手法に関する社内教育 ・ソフトウェア要件およびテスト計画のレビュー ・テスト計画およびテストケースの進捗状況の監視・報告 ・他のチームメンバーとの協働 ・ジュニアメンバーへの指導・支援 【About the Unit】 Growth & Transformation Services (G&TS) is a newly formed delivery organization in TCS to serve end-to-end customer requirements using Consulting Service, Professional Service to Digital Managed Service. G&TS team will play full services helping customers from conceptualizing a solution, building the same and managing the implemented solution efficiently. This is enabled through its 4 sub-units; Global Consulting Practice (GCP), new integrated organization called AI.Cloud, new cyber security unit and new AI Center of Excellence (CoE). 【About the project】 As part of the system Migration project to a global standard platform, you will support SIT in planning and executing tests as part of the test team. Testers also play a crucial role in the software development lifecycle, acting as a bridge between different teams and ensuring a high-quality user experience. 【Role and responsibilities】 ・Develop, document, and maintain test plans, test cases, and associated scripts ・Develop and document strategies for repeated tests ・Execute and evaluate test plans and test cases ・Analyze software test results and recommend corrective actions ・Perform troubleshooting and debugging of test cases ・Train personnel in software testing methodology ・Review software requirements and test plans ・Monitor and report progress on test plans and cases ・Work collaboratively with other team members ・Provide guidance and support to junior team members.  登録資格 【応募要件】 ・テストマネージャーとしての経験５年以上 ・ソフトウェアテスト領域の経験8-10年以上 ・保険業界でのプロジェクト経験最低２年以上 ・ビジネスレベルの日本語力(N2-N1以上)と英語力 【歓迎要件】 ・アジャイルの経験 ・テストオートメーションのご経験 【Must】 ・Minimum 5 years of experience as a Test Manager ・8–10 years of experience in the software testing domain ・At least 2 years of project experience in the insurance industry ・Business-level proficiency in Japanese (N2–N1 or higher) and English 【Nice to have】 ・Experience with Agile methodologies ・Experience in test automation  待遇  ■給与 月給：経験・能力など考慮の上、当社規程により決定 裁量労働手当：有(80,000円/月支給) *管理監督者グレードでの採用の場合は無し 残業手当：なし 昇給：あり 賞与：あり ■勤務時間 9:00〜18:00 ■休日/休暇 年次有給休暇（初年度10日 ※入社日によって異なる場合有）、完全週休2日制（土曜日・日曜日）、祝日、年末年始、慶弔休暇、育児・介護休業 ■福利厚生 保険：健康・厚生年金・雇用・労災保険 制度：財形貯蓄・確定拠出年金・カフェテリアプラン（選択型法人会員福利厚生サービス） 　　　※財形貯蓄・確定拠出年金は正社員のみ対象 施設：法人会員施設（スポーツクラブ、温泉保養所、ホテル他)  勤務地  Tokyo Office / 東京事業所採用 Hybrid working style / ハイブリッド
