■ Responsibilities/主な業務内容
- Interact with customers to understand functional requirements
- Prepare functional designs and documentation
- Prepare functional test scripts
- Validate functional solutions
- Take a lead role throughout the full solution delivery lifecycle, from concept and requirements gathering to design, delivery, acceptance, and operational support
- Develop and optimize application architecture
- Deliver high-quality implementation of defined solutions to enable organizational benefits
- Provide user training on functionalities

登録資格 ■ Must Requirements/必須要件
- 8–12 years of experience in implementing MOM applications such as MES, QMS, LIMS on any COTS products like Apriso, Simatic IT, GE Proficy, SAP ME/MII, Rockwell, etc., or experience with home-grown solutions
- Strong understanding of business processes in industries such as Pharma Manufacturing (preferred), Automotive, CPG, Chemical Process, HiTech Manufacturing, or Medical Devices
- Experience translating business requirements into functional or technical solutions by mapping business processes to IT capabilities
- Experience in functional design and design specification documentation for implementation
- 8〜12年のMES、QMS、LIMSなどのMOMアプリケーションの導入経験(Apriso、Simatic IT、GE Proficy、SAP ME/MII、RockwellなどのCOTS製品、または自社開発ソリューション)
- 製薬業界(歓迎)、自動車、消費財、化学プロセス、ハイテク製造、医療機器業界における業務プロセス理解
- ビジネス要件をIT機能にマッピングし、機能的または技術的ソリューションへ変換する経験
- 実装に向けた機能設計および設計仕様書の作成経験

■ Nice to Have/歓迎要件
- Knowledge of ISA95 / ISA88 MESA standards
- Good understanding of Production, Quality, Inventory, and Maintenance capabilities
- Understanding of control systems automation and experience integrating with MES solutions (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi, Yokogawa, Omron)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in creating test scripts for SIT/UAT and performing functional validation
- Experience in SDLC and Agile/Scrum development
- ISA95 / ISA88 MESA標準の知識

待遇  ■Employment status
Regular Employee/正社員
Manager/Supervisor classification: Nil (Classifiable depending on the case)
Working hours classification: Deemed working hours system
Category of deemed working hours system: Discretionary labor system for professional work
Deemed working hours per day: 8hrs

■Salary
Annual salary: *will be decided in consideration of candidates’ experiences and abilities.
Discretionary labor allowance: 60,000 JPY - 80,000 JPY
Overtime work allowance: By ordinary (Paid according to overtime working hours)
Salary raise: Yes
Premium: Yes

■Working hours
9:00 - 18:00
(Actual working hrs: 8hrs /Flex time system/ Core time: 10:00 - 16:00)

■Holiday/Leave
Annual paid leave (10 days provided in the first year * Variable depending on joining date), Two days off every week (Sat, Sun), Public holidays, Yearend and new year holidays, Congratulation or condolence leave, and nursing leave.

勤務地  Hybrid work style: Mainly at the customer site in Kobe (2–3 days per week) and at the TCS Osaka office. Work from Tokyo or Nagoya offices, or fully remote, is also possible.
