【部門について】
Growth & Transformation Services（G&T Services）は、TCS内に新たに設立されたデリバリー組織であり、コンサルティングサービス、プロフェッショナルサービスからデジタルマネージドサービスに至るまで、顧客のエンドツーエンドのニーズに対応することを目的としています。
G&T Servicesチームは、ソリューションの構想から構築、導入後の運用管理まで、包括的なサービスを提供します。
この体制は、以下の4つのサブユニットによって支えられています：
グローバルコンサルティングプラクティス（GCP）
新設の統合組織「AI.Cloud」
新設のサイバーセキュリティユニット
新設のAIセンター・オブ・エクセレンス（CoE）
【プロジェクトについて】
外資系大手生命保険会社においてグローバル標準プラットフォームへのシステム移行プロジェクトの一環として、テストチームの一員としてSIT（システム統合テスト）の計画および実行を支援していただきます。
顧客の登録・管理を行い、製品設計から申請までのプロセスをすべてペーパーレスで実施します。
【役割と責任】
テストケースの作成・実装・開発チームとの連携
テストシナリオ、テストケースおよびテストデータの作成、テスト実施、障害登録

【About the Unit】
Growth & Transformation Services (G&TS) is a newly formed delivery organization in TCS to serve end-to-end customer requirements using Consulting Service, Professional Service to Digital Managed Service. G&TS team will play full services helping customers from conceptualizing a solution, building the same and managing the implemented solution efficiently.
This is enabled through its 4 sub-units; Global Consulting Practice (GCP), new integrated organization called AI.Cloud, new cyber security unit and new AI Center of Excellence (CoE).
【About the project】
As part of the system Migration project to a global standard platform, you will support SIT in planning and executing tests as part of the test team.
Customer registration and management will be carried out, and the entire process from product design to application will be carried out paperlessly.
【Role and responsibilities】
Test case creation, implementation, and coordination with development team
Making test scenarios, cases and data, test execution, defect entries
communication with development team

【Career path】
1. QA Specialist
Advance into specialized areas such as test automation, security testing, and performance testing.
Collaborate with global delivery centers and establish yourself as an expert in global QA practices.
2. Project Management
Progress from Test Manager to PM/PL or Delivery Manager.
Build long-term partnerships with major Japanese clients while leading projects in collaboration with international engineering teams.
3. Consultant
Transition into Quality Assurance Consulting or Test Process Consulting, which are TCS’s areas of strength.
Provide test strategy design and test assessments in DevOps and Agile development environments.

登録資格
|
【応募要件】
-Webアプリケーションやモバイルアプリケーションのテストに関する実務経験が3年以上あること
-英語および日本語の両方でビジネスレベルのコミュニケーションが可能であり、社内外のステークホルダーと連携できること
※プログラミングスキルが非常に高い場合は、英語要件を緩和することがあります
-自動化ツールに関する基本的な知識があること
【歓迎要件】
-SIT（システム統合テスト）、UAT（ユーザー受け入れテスト）などのテスト領域における深い理解と実務経験
-テスト計画書の作成、テスト戦略の立案能力
-日本語および英語でのクライアントの業務要件の理解力
-クライアントおよび社内関係者との効果的なコミュニケーション・プレゼンテーションスキル
-Playwright、Toscaなどの自動化ツールの使用経験
-チームリーダーとしての経験
-データ分析結果を活用し、ステークホルダー向けにストーリーテリングする能力
【Must】
- 3+Years of relevant experience in testing web applocations, mobile applications
- Ability to communicate at a business level in both English and Japanese, and to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. In case the resource is very good in programming we can relax the English requirement.
- Fair knowledge of Automation tools
【Nice to have】
- Deep understanding and practical experience in Testing areas such as SIT, UAT,
- Ability to write Test plan, Create test strategies
- Ability to understand clients' business requirements in Japanese and English
- Effective communication and presentation skills with clients and internal stakeholders
- Experience in Automation tools Playwrigh, Tosca
- Experience as a team leader
- Experience leveraging data insights into storytelling for stakeholders

■給与
月給：経験・能力など考慮の上、当社規程により決定
裁量労働手当：有(60,000円/月支給)
残業手当：なし
