職務内容
|
【Role and responsibilities】
• Develop and manage the overall test plan, risk management, and reporting for multiple applications (web, backend, Salesforce, COTS).
• Lead a team of testers (manual and automation), coordinate distributed teams across Tokyo, and India.
• Oversee test automation and ensure CI/CD pipeline integration with tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Perfecto, GenRocket, SoapUI, and Postman.
• Manage performance test activities using JMeter and Load Runner.
• Ensure comprehensive security testing utilizing CheckMarx and Vex Tool.
• Liaise closely with business analysts, developers, DevOps, and business stakeholders in both Japanese and English.
• Monitor and control testing budgets, resources, timelines, and quality metrics.
• Direct defect triage sessions and ensure traceability of requirements and defects.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance testing, with a focus on insurance-specific requirements (Life and P&C).
• Facilitate test environment setup, data preparation/masking (using Databricks, Zato, Power BI).
• Manage test documentation in Confluence, and tracking/reporting with GitHub and Jenkins.

登録資格
|
【Must】
• 8+ years’ experience in QA/Test Management in large, complex, multi-application environments (insurance industry preferred).
• Strong hands-on expertise with automation frameworks: Selenium, Playwright, Perfecto, GenRocket, SoapUI, and Postman.
• Experience managing performance and security testing (JMeter, Load Runner, CheckMarx, Vex Tool).
• Proven track record leading multicultural, distributed teams in an Agile/DevOps environment.
• Working knowledge of insurance business domains (Life and P&C), and core systems (policy admin, claims, billing).
• Experience with web and backend testing.
• Familiarity with database/query testing (MySQL, Postgres).
• Proficiency with test management and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, Confluence).
• Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English (business level in both languages required).
• Strong stakeholder management and reporting abilities.
【Nice to have】
• Prior hands-on testing experience in Japanese insurance industry.
• Certification in ISTQB Advanced Test Manager, or similar.
• Experience coordinating teams across Japan and India.
• Knowledge of OpenShift, Control-M, JP1, MuleSoft integration testing.
• Working knowledge of test data management solutions (e.g., GenRocket, Databricks).
• Exposure to test efforts for regulatory (FSA Japan) compliance.
• Insurance domain knowledge is added advantage

月給：経験・能力など考慮の上、当社規程により決定
裁量労働手当：有(60,000-80,000円/月支給) *管理監督者グレードでの採用の場合無し
