☆Design Business Analyst *Insurance industry
職務内容 【Role and Responsibilities】
1.Establish good coordination and communication with Customer, Onsite and Offshore teams.
2.Ready to work in JST morning hours as required to extend the support for Application transition and stabilization phases of Application Design, Development, Testing and Maintenance projects.
3.Actively involve in the primary responsibilities that include but not limited to:
→Conduct workshops and interviews with Japanese and English-speaking business users to document requirements and pain points.
→Analyze and document business processes and workflows for both Life and P&C insurance products.
→Translate business requirements into functional specifications for web, backend, Guidewire, Salesforce, and COTS systems.
→Work closely with designers, architects, and developers to ensure solutions meet business needs.
→Demonstrate the product, obtain business feedback, and optimize it
→Participate in user acceptance testing and validation of solutions.
→Understand the capabilities, features, and limitations of the supported products thoroughly to facilitate process automation and standardization
→Ensure alignment of IT deliverables with regulatory and compliance needs of Japanese insurance market.
→Manage requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
→Support change management, training material creation, and delivery in Japanese and English.
4.Actively contribute towards various Transformation initiatives (Process maturity, Devops automation, Security vulnerability remediation, etc.) to achieve the project goals.
5.Mentoring and guiding junior team members while assigning and tracking the tasks for closure without any schedule, quality and cost slippages. 
登録資格 【Must】
・5 to 10 years of IT experience in Application Design, Development, Testing and Maintenance projects.
・Working experience in Life and P&C Insurance domain (Consumer and Commercial)
・Ability to effectively coordinate with Product owner, Customer SMEs from Business & IT, Onsite and Offshore teams.
・Proven requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills.
・Experience in customer management, policy admin, claims, and/or operations within insurance IT.
・Familiarity with agile delivery models.
・Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills (multicultural, distributed teams)
・Actively involve in Application transition and stabilization phases by aligning to Japan (JST) working hours.
・Business level Japanese (N2 or above) and English skill.

【Nice-to-have】
・Exposure on Agile methodology, DevOps, Security vulnerability management.
・Data analysis and SQL/database querying skills.
・Exposure to batch processing, integrations, or complex legacy modernization programs.

採用グレードに応じて裁量労働制を適用
(裁量同等手当:6万円〜8万円/月)
