職務内容

【About Project】
Large-scale project for Global Insurance company.
【Role and responsibilities】
1. Designing, developing, and thoroughly unit-testing front-end and back-end applications.
2. Making architectural decisions and designing scalable, maintainable systems.
3. Continuously identifying and implementing improvements to enhance existing applications.
4. Reviewing code developed by peers and providing constructive feedback to ensure adherence to best practices in efficiency, testability, readability, maintainability, and coding standards.
5. Collaborate closely with backend, QA, UI/UX, and business teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance across applications.
6. Enforce best practices for browser compatibility, code reusability, localization (Japanese/English), and front-end security.
7. Integrate APIs and backend services to support dynamic insurance data, calculations, and transactions.
8. Participate in code reviews, maintain technical documentation, and actively contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

登録資格
|
■ Must Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT, including application design, development, testing, and maintenance projects.
2. Hands-on experience with the following or equivalent full-stack technologies:
- Backend: Node.js
- Frontend: TypeScript / JavaScript
- Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL
■ Language Requirements:
- Japanese: N3 or above
- English: Fluent level
■ Nice to Have:
1.Exposure to AWS Cloud, Agile methodologies, DevOps, security vulnerability management, and P&C insurance domain knowledge.
2. Familiarity with development and deployment tools such as NPM, Maven, VS Code, IntelliJ IDEA, GitHub, OpenShift, containerization, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions), and DevOps practices, as well as monitoring and quality tools like Kibana, Splunk, Dynatrace, SonarQube, and Confluence.
3. Knowledge of distributed architecture, microservices, and Japanese insurance regulatory requirements.
4. Prior experience in the insurance domain will be considered an added advantage.

■給与
月給：経験・能力など考慮の上、当社規程により決定
裁量労働手当：有(60,000-80,000円/月支給)
残業手当：なし

9:00〜18:00
