【About Project】
・ Large-scale project for Global Insurance company.
・ TCS provides application maintenance and support services for 200+ applications for Generate Insurance customer.
・ 300+ resources are currently supporting from offshore and onsite location.

【Role and responsibilities】
1. Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in both Japanese & English languages to establish good coordination and communication with Customer, Onsite and Offshore teams
2. Actively involve in the primary responsibilities that include but not limited to:
• Design, develop, and execute performance scripts using JMeter, Load Runner, or similar tools for key insurance business processes.
• Collaborate with developers, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to identify performance benchmarks and gather test requirements.
• Simulate real-life insurance transaction volumes (policy admin, claims, billing, etc.) and analyze system throughput and bottlenecks.
• Document and report test results; contribute to root cause analysis and tuning action plans.
• Prepare meaningful bilingual (Japanese/English) documentation and communicate findings to technical and business stakeholders.
• Support ongoing integration of performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
3. Actively contribute towards various Transformation initiatives (Process maturity, Testing efficiency, Devops automation, Security vulnerability remediation, etc.) to achieve the project goals
4. Mentoring and guiding junior team members while assigning and tracking the testing tasks for closure without any schedule, quality and cost slippages
5. Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing feedback and estimates for QA activities.
6. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA leads in a distributed, multicultural environment

登録資格
|
【Must】
1.JLPT N2 or above certified. Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in Japanese with native speakers
2.3+ years of performance/load testing experience in web, backend, or core insurance systems.
3.Practical knowledge of JMeter, Load Runner (scripting/analysis), and insurance transaction flows.
4.Ability to effectively coordinate with Customer SMEs from Business & IT, Onsite and Offshore teams
5.Actively involve in Application transition and stabilization phases by aligning to Japan (JST) working hours
【Nice to have】
1.Familiarity with test data management and synthetic data generation (GenRocket).
2.Basic SQL/database testing (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and familiarity with CI/CD environments.
3.Exposure to application monitoring/APM tools and test data tuning
4.Familiarity with cloud/container performance factors (OpenShift).
5.Knowledge in insurance (Life & P&C)

月給：経験・能力など考慮の上、当社規程により決定
裁量労働手当：有(60,000-80,000円/月支給)
