【About Project】
Large-scale project for Global Insurance company.
【Role and responsibilities】
1. Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in both Japanese & English languages to establish good coordination and communication with Customer, Onsite and Offshore teams
2. Architect backend components using Java, Spring Boot, NodeJS, and integration with enterprise systems.
3. Define best practices for modular development, code quality, and DevOps automation.
4. Oversee API and microservices design (including REST, SOAP) for insurance data and process flows.
5. Review and optimize performance for high-volume insurance transaction processing.
6. Document designs, review code, and mentor developers.
7. Engage in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical solutioning for production issues.
8. Define appropriate and optimum solutions based on the business needs
9. Champion on the IT strategy and IT roadmap in terms of solution alignment
10. Ability to articulate the IT architecture direction and enforce on the collaboration
11. Actively contribute towards various Transformation initiatives (Process maturity, Devops automation, Security vulnerability remediation, etc.) to achieve the project goals
12. Mentoring and guiding junior team members while assigning and tracking the tasks for closure without any schedule, quality and cost slippages

登録資格
|
【Must】
1.JLPT N2 or above certified. Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in Japanese with native speakers
2.Must have 5 to 10 years of IT experience in overall architecture discipline (Applications, Solution Design)
3.Knowledge and hands on experience in Java technologies including Core Java, JavaScript, NodeJS, React, NPM, Maven, VS Code, IntelliJ Idea, GitHub
4.Ability to effectively coordinate with Customer SMEs, Enterprise Architects, Solution Architect, Platform Architects, Onsite and Offshore teams
5.Good understanding of software development, testing, change, release and project management methodologies, concepts, practices and standards
6.Experience of insurance project is required
【Nice to have】
1. Exposure on Agile methodology, DevOps, Security vulnerability management
2. Batch processing design with Control-M/JP1.
3. Strong SQL and database optimization (MySQL/Postgres).
4. Experience in the scan, build and deployment tools such as Checkmarx, Git, Jenkins, Jira, etc.

■給与
月給：経験・能力など考慮の上、当社規程により決定
裁量労働手当：有(60,000-80,000円/月支給) *管理監督者グレードでの採用の場合は無し
残業手当：なし
昇給：都度

9:00〜18:00
