【About Project】
Large-scale project for Global Insurance company.
【Role and responsibilities】
•Architect secure, scalable data solutions leveraging Databricks, Power BI, MySQL, Postgres, and related insurance COTS systems.
•Define and implement data management standards (modeling, ETL, data quality, security) for policy, claims, actuary, and operations data.
•Oversee design of insurance data pipelines, integrations, and APIs for real-time and batch data processing.
•Work with business and IT to enable bilingual (Japanese/English) data interpretation, lineage, and reporting.
•Collaborate in design reviews, architecture boards, and data governance committees.
•Support design and optimization of insurance analytics, dashboards, and self-service BI for Life Insurance.
•Mentor developers and data engineers on best practices in modern data and analytics technologies.

登録資格
|
【Must】
•7+ years experience in data engineering or architecture, including insurance or financial services.
•Deep understanding of relational databases (MySQL, Postgres), ETL, data integration, and analytics.
•Hands-on expertise with Databricks, Power BI, and data governance frameworks.
•Familiarity with regulatory data compliance required for Japanese insurance.
•Experience of insurance project is required
【Nice to have】
•Experience with Zato, MuleSoft, or similar API integration platforms.
•Exposure to actuarial data models, machine learning, and AI in insurance context.
•Experience with OpenShift, CI/CD (Jenkins), or modern cloud data stack.
•Insurance data certifications (e.g., Data Management, Analytics).

■給与
月給：経験・能力など考慮の上、当社規程により決定
裁量労働手当：有(60,000-80,000円/月支給) *管理監督者グレードでの採用の場合は無し
残業手当：なし

9:00〜18:00

年次有給休暇（初年度10日 ※入社日によって異なる場合有）、完全週休2日制（土曜日・日曜日）、祝日、年末年始、慶弔休暇、育児・介護休業
