【About Project】
Large-scale project for Global Insurance company.
【Role and responsibilities】
1. Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in both Japanese & English languages to establish good coordination and communication with Customer, Onsite and Offshore teams
2. Lead the design and technical architecture of frontend solutions using React, Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
3. Define UI/UX standards aligned with global insurance UX best practices (WCAG, responsive design, localization).
4. Translate complex insurance processes (policy admin, claims, collections) into intuitive user journeys for Japanese and international audiences.
5. Oversee frontend integration with API and backend services.
6. Review and optimize client-side performance, accessibility (Japanese/English), and security.
7. Support creation of wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and architectural documentation.
8. Collaborate with backend, QA, and business teams to deliver seamless web experiences.
9. Champion best practices in reusability and accessibility standards for insurance web interfaces.

登録資格
|
【Must】
1.JLPT N2 or above certified. Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in Japanese with native speakers
2.Must have 5 to 10 years of IT experience in Application Design, Development, Testing and Maintenance projects
3.Knowledge and hands on experience in Fullstack technologies including Typescript/JavaScript, HTML/CSS, React, Angular, NextJS, Express/Fastify
4.Experience in the scan, build and deployment tools such as Jira, Jenkins, GitHub, Kibana, Splunk, Dynatrace, SonarQube, Confluence, etc.
5.Ability to effectively coordinate with Customer SMEs, Enterprise Architects, Solution Architect, Onsite and Offshore teams
6.Actively involve in Application transition and stabilization phases by aligning to Japan (JST) working hours
7.Experience of insurance project is required
【Nice to have】
1.Exposure on AWS Cloud, Agile methodology, DevOps, Security vulnerability management and P&C Insurance domain knowledge
2.Good understanding of RESTful APIs design and Swagger/Open API specification

月給：経験・能力など考慮の上、当社規程により決定
裁量労働手当：有(60,000-80,000円/月支給) *管理監督者グレードでの採用の場合は無し
残業手当：なし

9:00〜18:00
