【About Project】
Large-scale project for Global Insurance company.
【Role and responsibilities】
1. Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in both Japanese & English languages to establish good coordination and communication with Customer, Onsite and Offshore teams
2. Ready to work in JST morning hours as required to extend the support for Application transition and stabilization phases of Application Design, Development, Testing and Maintenance projects
3. Actively involve in the primary responsibilities that include but not limited to:
• Engineer robust ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks, SQL, and cloud systems (MySQL, Postgres) for customer, policy, claims, and actuarial data.
• Integrate data between core insurance systems (Guidewire, Salesforce, COTS) and analytical/reporting platforms.
• Ensure data integrity, security, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements in Japan.
• Develop and optimize batch and real-time data ingestion processes, leveraging Control-M, JP1, or equivalent job scheduling tools.
• Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and compliance teams to interpret insurance business needs.
• Produce technical documentation and data flow diagrams for cross-location teams.
• Monitor and maintain data quality, implement checks and validation rules.
• Support ML/AI engineers with clean, well-structured datasets and efficient data access patterns.
4. Actively contribute towards various Transformation initiatives (Process maturity, Devops automation, Security vulnerability remediation, etc.) to achieve the project goals
5. Mentoring and guiding junior team members while assigning and tracking the tasks for closure without any schedule, quality and cost slippages

登録資格
|
【Must】
1.JLPT N2 or above certified. Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in Japanese with native speakers
2.5+ years in data engineering, ETL/ELT, or data integration, with hands-on experience.
3.Advanced expertise with SQL, MySQL/Postgres, Databricks, and big data ETL pipelines.
4.Familiarity with job scheduling (Control-M, JP1) and API/data integration platforms.
5.Experience with regulatory and operational data requirements in Japanese insurance sector.
6.Working experience in Life and P&C Insurance domain (Consumer and Commercial)
7.Ability to effectively coordinate with Product owner, Customer SMEs from Business & IT, Onsite and Offshore teams
8.Actively involve in Application transition and stabilization phases by aligning to Japan (JST) working hours
【Nice to have】
1.Exposure on Agile methodology, DevOps, Security vulnerability management
2.Exposure to Power BI or similar BI/reporting tools.
3.Experience supporting batch and real-time analytics for AI/ML projects.
4.Familiarity with Zato, MuleSoft, or other integration middleware.

月給：経験・能力など考慮の上、当社規程により決定
裁量労働手当：有(60,000-80,000円/月支給) *管理監督者グレードでの採用の場合は無し
残業手当：なし
