【About Project】
New initiative to execute transformation projects and improve efficiency.
Unit is searching for position to fulfil the resource requirement for the execution of the project.

【Role and responsibilities】
1. Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in both Japanese & English languages to establish good coordination and communication with Customer, Onsite and Offshore teams
2. Actively involve in the primary responsibilities that include but not limited to:
•Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, and related tools for web and backend services.
•Build and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) for cloud (OpenShift) and hybrid environments.
•Automate deployment, testing, monitoring, and rollback processes across development, QA, and production stages.
•Collaborate with application, QA, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot build, deployment, and runtime issues.
•Integrate security, quality, and compliance checks into the CI/CD lifecycle.
•Manage version control, branching strategies, and package management (NPM, VS Code ecosystem).
•Assist teams with onboarding and best practice adoption, maintaining documentation in both Japanese and English.
3. Actively contribute towards various Transformation initiatives (Process maturity, Devops automation, etc.) to achieve the project goals
4. Mentoring and guiding junior team members while assigning and tracking the tasks for closure without any schedule, quality and cost slippages

登録資格
|
【Must】
1.JLPT N3 or above certified. Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in Japanese with native speakers
2.5+ years in DevOps and automation engineering roles.
3.Strong experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub), container orchestration (OpenShift), and automation scripting.
4.Strong expertise in AWS cloud services and architecture
【Nice to have】
1.Experience integrating testing tools (Playwright, Load Runner) in DevOps pipelines.
2.Security certification or experience with DevSecOps.
3.Experience managing deployments for Java/NodeJS, React/Angular, and COTS platforms.
4.Actively involve in Application transition and stabilization phases
5.Familiarity with insurance industry requirements (data privacy, uptime, regulatory integration).

■給与
月給：経験・能力など考慮の上、当社規程により決定
裁量労働手当：有(60,000-80,000円/月支給) *管理監督者グレードでの採用の場合は無し
残業手当：なし
昇給：都度
賞与：あり

9:00〜18:00
