職務内容 【About Project】
Join a global transformation initiative for a leading insurance client.
You will play a key role in driving digital transformation projects, leveraging modern cloud and automation technologies to streamline development and deployment processes across enterprise systems.

【Role and responsibilities】
-Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in both Japanese & English languages to establish good coordination and communication with Customer, Onsite and Offshore teams
-Skilled Genesys Cloud Developer to design, develop, and maintain customer engagement solutions using Genesys Cloud (CX) platform.
-Have hands-on experience in Genesys Cloud Architect, APIs, integrations with a strong understanding of contact center technologies and cloud-based communication systems.
-Design and Develop call flows, IVRs, Bot Flows, and routing strategies using Genesys Cloud Architect.
-Integrate Genesys Cloud with CRM, ticketing, and backend systems using APIs, Web Services Data Actions, and AWS/Azure connectors.
-Implement Omnichannel routing (voice, chat, email, messaging) and configure queues, skills, and agents.
-Develop custom solutions leveraging Genesys Cloud APIs, SDKs, and serverless functions (AWS Lambda / Azure Functions).
-Configure and maintain Edge devices, SIP trunks, and telephony components.
-Support CI/CD pipelines for Genesys Cloud deployments using tools like Terraform, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.
-Troubleshoot issues related to routing, integrations, or platform performance and coordinate with Genesys support.
-Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to ensure solution quality and stability.
-Document solution designs, configuration, and deployment procedures.
-Stay updated with Genesys Cloud new releases, features, and best practices. 
登録資格 【Must】
-JLPT N2 or above certified. Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in Japanese with native speakers
-Must have 2 to 10 years of IT experience Genesys Cloud CX (PureCloud) development and configuration.
-Hands-on experience in scripting or programming (Python, Node.js, JavaScript preferred).
-Strong understanding of Architect Flows, Call Routing, and Data Actions.
-Experience with Genesys Cloud APIs (REST), SDKs, and Web Services.
-Knowledge of Terraform or Infrastructure-as-Code for Genesys Cloud setup and automation.
-Familiarity with contact center concepts – ACD, IVR, Routing, Skills, Queues, Agent States.
-Experience with Git-based version control, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
-Understanding of OAuth, JSON, and RESTful APIs.
-Integrate Genesys Cloud with CRM, ticketing, and backend systems using APIs, Web Services Data Actions, and AWS/Azure connectors.
-Implement Omnichannel routing (voice, chat, email, messaging) and configure queues, skills, and agents.
-Configure and maintain Edge devices, SIP trunks, and telephony components.
-Knowledge of Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) in Genesys Cloud.

【Nice to have】
-Basic understanding of telephony protocols (SIP, RTP, WebRTC).
-Experience with speech analytics, recording, and reporting configuration.
-Knowledge of Genesys Cloud Digital channels (email, chat, messaging).
-Familiarity with Salesforce integration.
-Genesys Cloud certifications (e.g., Genesys Cloud Certified Professional / Developer).
-Familiarity with Conversational AI integration (Google Dialoglow, Amazon Connect, etc.)

月給:経験・能力など考慮の上、当社規程により決定
裁量労働手当:有(60,000-80,000円/月支給) *管理監督者グレードでの採用の場合は無し
残業手当:なし
昇給:都度
賞与:あり

9:00〜18:00
