職務内容
|
◆About project
This project is for one of the largest airline companies in Japan.
The project involves the development of portal for web ordering of ancillary items, maintenance for applications that TCS developed initially. This also has to be expanded to mobile channels. Technology will Angular/React for UI, Java/Spring for service layer and to be hosted on AWS.
◆About the position
-Lead technical planning and execution for projects.
-Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
-Communicate effectively with Japanese clients and internal teams.
-Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure quality standards.
-Mentor developers and support cross-functional collaboration.
-Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure timely delivery.
-Manage risks, resolve technical issues, and escalate when needed.
-Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.

登録資格
|
◆Must
-At least 5 years in Full stack development
Backend: Java, Frontend: React
-Business level of Japanese (N2 or above) and English skills
◆Nice to have
-Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
-Familiarity with digital transformation projects and integration patterns.
-Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
-Experience in working with Oniste / Offshore model.
