Key responsibilities include:
1. Designing, building, and validating AI solutions that align with customer requirements
2. Hands-on development using Prompt Engineering, Transformers, RAG, and Agentic RAG

■ Responsibilities ／ 職務内容
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, data engineers, domain experts) to design effective AI solutions
2. Communicate technical concepts and updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
3. Develop and test Generative AI solutions aligned with project requirements
4. Train and fine-tune models using Python; perform accuracy validation
5. Prepare project documentation and reports as required

■ Must Requirements ／ 必須要件
1. More than 5 years of technical experience in IT-related fields, including a minimum of 2 years of AI/ML model development using Python. (including LLM fine-tuning and RAG implementation)
2. Experience in conducting technical discussions in Japanese.
3. Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and model validation
4. Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
1. 最低2年以上のPythonを使用したAI/MLモデル開発の実務経験（LLMのファインチューニングやRAGの実装）を含む、IT関連分野での5年以上の技術的経験
2. 日本語で技術的なディスカッションを行った経験
3. 統計モデリング、機械学習手法、モデル検証に関する深い知識
4. AWS、Google Cloud、Azureなど主要クラウドの利用経験

■Employment status
Regular Employee
Manager/Supervisor classification: Nil (Classifiable depending on the case)
Deemed working hours per day: 8hrs
■Salary
Monthly salary: Under our corporate regulations, amount will be decided in consideration of candidates’ experiences and abilities.
Discretionary labor allowance: 60,000 JPY - 80,000 JPY
Overtime work allowance: By ordinary (Paid according to overtime working hours)
Salary raise: Yes

9:00 - 18:00
(Actual working hrs: 8hrs /Flex time system/ Core time: 10:00 - 16:00)
