本ポジションは、大手自動車メーカー向けにGenerative AI（GenAI）を起点とした提案・プリセールス活動をリードし、案件獲得〜PoC/導入フェーズへの接続を推進する役割です。技術を理解しながら価値訴求を行うビジネスアーキテクトとして、提案書作成、顧客折衝、ROIストーリー設計、競争優位性の構築を担当します。
AIを自動車ソフトウェア開発・製造・サプライチェーンなどの幅広い領域に適用し、SDV化を加速させる重要なポジションです。
We are seeking an Automotive GenAI Presales Manager to lead strategic presales engagements with major automotive OEMs. You will define solution strategies, craft compelling value propositions, and translate GenAI technology into business outcomes. Acting as a business architect, you will drive proposal creation, customer discussions, and PoC enablement, accelerating the adoption of GenAI across product development, manufacturing, supply chain, and SDV programs.

Our Japan IoT & Digital Engineering (IoTDE) department is a strategic partner for leading Japanese automotive OEMs, focusing on AI-Defined Vehicle enablement through GenAI, Agentic AI, Physical AI, and analytics. Our work spans software development, product design, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and in-vehicle experiences. With hybrid global delivery, we deliver scalable, secure and compliant AI transformation programs.

As a Strategic Presales Manager, you will:
- Lead high-value pursuits and create win strategies
- Convert GenAI capabilities into business value and ROI narratives
- Engage senior executives and influence roadmaps
- Design enterprise proposals beyond PoC scale
- Collaborate with hyperscalers and ecosystem partners
- Shape AI-driven mobility transformation at industry level

- GenAIソリューションの提案資料・訴求プレゼン作成
- 技術根拠のある提案書/導入効果報告の作成
- AI/データ/業務チームと連携し顧客課題を解決へ落とし込む
- 市場・競合・技術動向を調査し提案戦略を策定
- GenAI/MLモデルを活用したPoC企画・スコープ定義
- Present GenAI capability to prospective customers
- Prepare solution proposals and business value reports
- Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and SMEs on solution design
- Analyze market trends to shape GenAI strategy
- Design and support rapid PoC development using AI/ML/GenAI models

■ 必須要件 / Minimum Qualifications
- AI/MLエンジニア経験3年以上、またはGenAI経験1年以上（プリセールスでの活動含む）
- エンタープライズ向けGenAIソリューション設計経験
- 顧客折衝・要件ヒアリング・提案活動の経験
- LLM/Prompt Engineeringの理解
- 3+ years as AI/ML Engineer or 1+ year as GenAI Engineer with presales exposure
- Experience designing enterprise GenAI solutions
- Experience directly engaging with clients for requirement discovery & proposals
- Good understanding of prompt engineering and LLM benchmarking
■ Language Requirements ／ 言語力
Japanese: Native level
English: Conversational level

英語：会話レベル
■ 歓迎要件 / Preferred Qualifications
- 情報工学/数学/統計/物理など関連学位
- ML/DL/NLP/CVの理解・実務経験
- 顧客/社内へのプレゼン能力
- AWS/GCP/Azureなどクラウド経験、自動車領域知識尚可
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or related field
- Hands-on understanding of ML/DL/NLP/Computer Vision
- Strong presentation & communication skills
- Cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure) and automotive domain knowledge preferred

■Employment status
正社員／Regular Employee
Manager/Supervisor classification: Nil (Classifiable depending on the case)
Deemed working hours per day: 8hrs
■Salary
Monthly salary: Under our corporate regulations, amount will be decided in consideration of candidates’ experiences and abilities.
Discretionary labor allowance: 60,000 JPY - 80,000 JPY
Overtime work allowance: By ordinary (Paid according to overtime working hours)
Salary raise: Yes
Premium: Yes
■Working hours
9:00 - 18:00
(Actual working hrs: 8hrs /Flex time system/ Core time: 10:00 - 16:00)
