本ポジションは、日本の大手自動車メーカー向けに、Generative AI（GenAI）およびAgentic AIをソフトウェア開発プロセスに導入し、企画・設計から運用までを技術面でリードする役割です。
AIアーキテクチャ設計、RAGなどの技術実装、顧客折衝、開発チーム連携を通じて、Software-Defined Vehicle（SDV）実現に貢献していただきます。
We are seeking an Automotive GenAI Technical Project Manager who will lead the integration of Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI into the software development processes of a leading Japanese automotive OEM. You will drive end-to-end implementation—from AI solution design to deployment—while collaborating with engineering teams and stakeholders to advance Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV) development.

Our Japan IoT & Digital Engineering (IoTDE) division at TCS leads innovation for major Japanese automotive OEMs. We focus on enabling Software-Defined Vehicles (SDV) by integrating Generative AI and Agentic AI into the Software Development Lifecycle. 本プロジェクトでは、要件定義・設計・コーディング・テストまでの全工程にAIを導入し、AI生成物を既存のCI/CDパイプラインへ統合します。
PoCに留まらない、本番運用レベルでのアーキテクチャ構築を担い、自動車業界のソフトウェア開発を根本から変革する挑戦ができます。
This project embeds GenAI and Agentic AI across every stage of the SDLC with full traceability and compliance. AI outputs will be integrated into enterprise CI/CD pipelines to enable scalable adoption. This is a first-of-its-kind initiative redefining automotive software development with AI at production scale.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead GenAI adoption at enterprise scale.
Key aspects:
- Lead GenAI integration across development pipelines
- Architect and optimize RAG pipelines & LLM solutions
- Work directly with senior stakeholders
- Deploy solutions beyond PoC stage into CI/CD
- Gain visibility in executive-level decisions
- Contribute to the foundation of Software-Defined Vehicles
■ 主な業務内容 / Responsibilities
- 各チームと連携し要件整理・AI導入計画の策定
- AI/ML/GenAIモデルの設計・開発・検証
- データ抽出〜加工〜管理の推進
- モデル選定・学習・評価・最適化
- RAG/GRAG/CRAGの開発
- Microsoft/AWS/Gemini等のAI基盤活用
- 顧客向け技術資料の作成・提案プレゼン
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
- Design, develop, test, and validate AI/ML/GenAI models
- Conduct data preprocessing, storage management, and feature engineering
- Carry out model selection, fine-tuning, evaluation, and optimization
- Develop RAG/GRAG/CRAG architectures
- Use/customize Microsoft, AWS, or Gemini AI toolsets
- Prepare technical documents and present proposals to customers

■ 必須要件 / Minimum Qualifications
- AI/ML Engineerとして3年以上、またはGenAI Engineerとして1年以上の実務経験
- Pythonを用いたGenAI/LLM開発経験
- RAGアーキテクチャやLLM Fine-tuning経験
- Prompt Engineeringの理解
- 3+ years as AI/ML Engineer or 1+ year as GenAI Engineer
- Experience developing enterprise GenAI solutions using Python
- Experience with RAG architectures and LLM fine-tuning
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering

Japanese: Fluent level
English: Conversational level

■ 歓迎要件 / Preferred Qualifications
- 情報工学/数学/統計/物理等専攻の学士
- ML/DL/NLP/Computer VisionなどAI技術の理解
- 顧客要件をAIソリューションへ落とし込める方
- AWS/GCP/Azure経験、自動車領域知識尚可
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or related field
- Knowledge in ML, DL, NLP, computer vision
- Ability to translate business needs into AI solutions
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and automotive domain

■Employment status
正社員／Regular Employee
Manager/Supervisor classification: Nil (Classifiable depending on the case)
Deemed working hours per day: 8hrs
■Salary
Monthly salary: Under our corporate regulations, amount will be decided in consideration of candidates’ experiences and abilities.
Discretionary labor allowance: 60,000 JPY - 80,000 JPY
Overtime work allowance: By ordinary (Paid according to overtime working hours)
Salary raise: Yes
Premium: Yes
■Working hours
9:00 - 18:00
(Actual working hrs: 8hrs /Flex time system/ Core time: 10:00 - 16:00)
