職務内容
|
◆About project
New initiative to execute transformation projects at one of the largest automotive clients in Japan.
Unit is searching for position to fulfil the resource requirement for the execution of the project.
◆Key Responsibilities
Production Support & Operations
Provide L2/L3 support for UiPath robots in production
Monitor scheduled jobs, queues, and robot execution via UiPath Orchestrator
Analyze and resolve bot failures, exceptions, and performance issues
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive fixes
Handle incident, problem, and change requests as per ITSM processes
Development & Enhancements
Develop and modify automations using UiPath Studio
Implement minor enhancements, change requests, and bug fixes
Optimize existing workflows for stability, performance, and reusability
Follow coding standards, best practices, and reusable framework patterns
UiPath Platform & Environment Support
Support UiPath Orchestrator, robots, packages, assets, queues, and credentials
Assist with robot/user provisioning and license coordination
Support deployments across DEV / TEST / PROD environments
Coordinate with infrastructure teams for VM, access, and environment issues
Business & Stakeholder Engagement
Communicate effectively with business users to understand issues and requirements
Participate in defect triage, daily/weekly status calls, and operational reviews
Prepare and maintain support documentation, SOPs, and runbooks
Support UAT, hypercare, and knowledge transfer (KT) activities

登録資格
|
【Must】
• JLPT N2 or above certified. Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in Japanese with native speakers
• 5–7 years of overall IT experience
• 3–6 years of experience in RPA development/support
Strong hands-on experience with:
-UiPath Studio
-UiPath Orchestrator
-Attended & unattended robots
Good understanding of Selectors, queues, assets, exception handling
Logging, retry mechanisms, and error handling
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, scheduling, credentials, file systems
SQL or data handling (Excel, CSV, databases)
【Nice to have】
• UiPath Certifications: UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer
• Experience with:
UiPath Test Suite / Test Manager
