職務内容
|
【プロジェクトについて】
大手生命保険会社において、保険商品全体を対象とした顧客登録・管理システムのプラットフォーム刷新を実施。
マーケティングおよびディストリビューション関連アプリケーションに対し、機能拡張および新機能開発に伴う結合テスト（Integration Testing）と、スプリント内でのシステムテスト（In-sprint System Testing）を担当し、品質向上と安定したリリースを支援する。

【役割と責任】
-テスト戦略、テスト計画、テストシナリオ、テストケースなど、STLC（ソフトウェアテストライフサイクル）に関する各種成果物の作成およびレビューを主体的に推進
-Selenium、Playwright、JMeter、LoadRunner、Postman、SoapUI、Perfecto などのSTLC関連ツールを活用したテスト設計・実行の高度化
-プロセス成熟度向上、DevOps自動化、セキュリティ脆弱性対応などの各種トランスフォーメーション施策に積極的に参画し、プロジェクト目標の達成に貢献
-ジュニアメンバーの育成・指導を行いながら、テストタスクの割り当て、進捗管理を実施し、スケジュール・品質・コスト面での遅延や逸脱なくタスク完了をリード

【About the project】
Project for one of the largest Insurance companies. Distribution and marketing are undergoing a platform upgrade on their customer registration and management systems for all the insurance products., Conducting integration testing and in-sprint system testing for enhancements and feature development in marketing and distribution applications.

【Role and responsibilities】
-Actively guide to create and review various STLC artifacts such as test strategy, test plan, test scenarios, test cases, etc. Leverage the usage of STLC tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Jmeter, Loadrunner, Postman, SoapUI, Perfecto etc.
-Actively contribute towards various Transformation initiatives (Process maturity, Devops automation, Security vulnerability remediation, etc.) to achieve the project goals
-Mentoring and guiding junior team members while assigning and tracking the testing tasks for closure without any schedule, quality and cost slippages

After gaining experience as a Lead, there are various career paths available, such as progressing to a Test Manager, Test Delivery Manager, or leveraging your testing expertise to become a Test Consultant.

【応募要件】
・日本語能力試験N1以上を保有していること
└ 日本人ネイティブと読み・書き・会話すべてにおいて円滑にコミュニケーションが可能なレベル
・P&C保険（損害保険）ドメインの業務知識があれば尚可
・IT業界での実務経験3〜10年
└ アプリケーションの設計、開発、テスト、保守運用プロジェクトのいずれか、または複数の経験
・ソフトウェアテストライフサイクル（STLC）に関する知識および実務経験
以下のテストツールに関する実践的な使用経験
Selenium
Playwright
JMeter
LoadRunner
Postman
SoapUI
Perfecto など
・顧客側SME（Subject Matter Expert）、オンサイトチーム、オフショアチームと効果的に連携・調整できる高いコミュニケーション能力
【歓迎要件】
・アジャイル開発手法、DevOps、セキュリティ脆弱性管理に関する知識・実務経験
・以下のスキャン、ビルド、デプロイ関連ツールの使用経験

【Must】
・N1certified or native level Japanese. Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in Japanese with native speakers
・P&C Insurance domain knowledge
・Must have 3 to 10 years of IT experience in Application Design, Development, Testing and Maintenance projects
・Knowledge and hands on experience in Software testing life cycle (STLC)
・Good hands on experience with the testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Jmeter, Loadrunner, Postman, SoapUI, Perfecto etc.
・Ability to effectively coordinate with Customer SMEs, Onsite and Offshore teams
【Nice to have】
・Exposure on Agile methodology, DevOps, Security vulnerability management.
・Experience in the scan, build and deployment tools such as Checkmarx, Git, Maven, Jenkins, Jira, ServiceNow, etc.

■給与
月給：経験・能力など考慮の上、当社規程により決定
裁量労働手当：有(60,000~80,000円/月支給)
残業手当：なし
昇給：都度
