職務内容 [English]
■Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:
1. Handle technical discussions, communication with client and offshore team
2. Technical lead for EV powertrain related design and development activities
3. Synthesize EV Powertrain architectures to meet required attributes
4. Perform testing, data collection, and data processing in support of attribute and capability assessments
5. Lead implementation of project tasks to meet project timelines
6. Assess EV powertrain system capability to meet requirements and perform trade-off studies to optimize attribute balance

1. クライアント様とオフショアチーム間の技術面の話し合い、連絡業務
2. EVパワートレイン関連の設計開発のテクニカルリード
3. 必須属性を満たすためEVパワートレインアーキテクチャーを合成
4. 属性および能力評価の裏付けとして、テスト、データの収集、及びデータ処理を実施
5. プロジェクトスケジュール遵守のため、プロジェクト業務を指揮
6. EVパワートレインシステム能力の評価を実施し要件を満たし、ならびにトレードオフの研究により属性バランスを最適化

■Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
• Experience in core design and development in EV Powertrain domain
• Good understanding of MBD of advanced control functions
• Experience in Functional testing and Verification & Validation
• Functional and non-functional requirement elicitation
• Knowledge of ECU [Battery, Motor, PHEV ECU] design and development
• Experience in Leading team and handling complex development project
• Manage stakeholder expectation

• ECU(バッテリー、モーター、PHEV ECU)の設計開発の知見

Manager/Supervisor classification: Nil (Classifiable depending on the case)
Deemed working hours per day: 8hrs

Monthly salary:Under our corporate regulations, amount will be decided in consideration of candidates’ experiences and abilities.
Discretionary labor allowance: 60,000 JPY - 80,000 JPY
Overtime work allowance: By ordinary (Paid according to overtime working hours)

9:00 - 18:00
(Actual working hrs: 8hrs /Flex time system/ Core time: 10:00 - 16:00)
