職務内容 [English]
■Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:
1. Handle technical discussions, communication with client and offshore team
2. Model based design & development of Infotainment unit
3. Work on Infotainment requirement analysis, creation & management using industry standard tools
4. Work of infotainment issue analysis & issue tracking using industry standard tools
5. Perform testing & reverse engineering of the infotainment unit
6. Infotainment HMI simulation using CGI Studio, Qt, Android etc. for the next generation infotainment unit
7. HMI porting experience on Renasas Rcar platform
8. Requirement management using tools like PTC Integrity, DOORs and Defect management using tools like JIRA
9. Infotainment Product program management/Development Support with Japanese OEMs

■Reporting Relationship: Program Manager

1. クライアント様とオフショアチーム間の技術面の話し合い、連絡業務
2. インフォテインメント(Infotainment、以下同)のモデルベース設計および開発
3. 業界標準ツールを用いた、インフォテインメントの要件解析、作成および管理業務
4. 業界標準ツールを用いた、インフォテインメントの問題の解析とトラッキング業務
5. インフォテインメントのテスト及びリバースエンジニアリングの実施
6. 次世代インフォテインメントに向けたCGI Studio, Qt, Android等によるInfotainment HMIのシミュレーション
7. Renasas RcarプラットフォームにおけるHMIのポーティング経験
8. PTC Integrity、DOORs等のツールによる要件管理、およびJIRA等のツールによる不具合管理
9. インフォテインメント製品のプログラム管理、日本のOEMメーカー様への開発サポート

登録資格 [English]
■Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
• Model Based Design & Development of IVI System
• Experience in design and development of IVI features
• Infotainment requirement specification Analysis & Development for IVI features
• Experience in CAN Matrix development and maintenance
• Experience in PTC Integrity, DOORs, JIRS and HMI Simulation using CGI Studio and MATLAB
• Renesas Rcar Platform & GENIVI porting experience.
• IVI Bench-testing
• Prior Infotainment Program Management & Supplier Negotiation experience will be preferred

■Domain: Automotive, Infotainment and Telematics
■Language: Bilingual (English & Japanese N2 is preferable)
■Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE: Engineering degree, 5-7 years of experience

Deemed working hours per day: 8hrs

Monthly salary:Under our corporate regulations, amount will be decided in consideration of candidates’ experiences and abilities.
Discretionary labor allowance: 60,000 JPY - 80,000 JPY
Overtime work allowance: By ordinary (Paid according to overtime working hours)

■Working hours
9:00 - 18:00
(Actual working hrs: 8hrs /Flex time system/ Core time: 10:00 - 16:00)
