■業務内容・ミッション：
顧客ニーズに合わせ、アウトソーシング全プロセスの責任者としてお客様に対峙頂きます。
具体的には、ディレクターランクとして以下業務内容を想定しております。
・お客様のニーズに合わせたアプリケーションアウトソーシングの企画提案
・Due Diligence/契約締結
・TCSグローバル環境へのApplication Transition
・新しい運用・保守サービスの提供
★想定されるお客様の業種：
製造、自動車、ゼネコン、HiTech、航空、銀行、保険、流通＆小売、商社
★プロジェクト規模：
1契約30億円以上複数年契約のアウトソーシングプロジェクト

以下のような経験のある方、大歓迎です！
・大規模アプリケーションアウトソーシングプロジェクトにおけるPM以上のご経験
・チームマネジメントの経験、プロジェクトのスパンオブコントロールができる方
・お客様のCXO層とのコミュニケーションのご経験
・オフショアを活用したアプリケーションアウトソーシングのご経験
・英語を使用したアプリケーションアウトソーシングのご経験
※目安として1契約10億円規模、50名前後以上でのチームマネジメント経験があると好ましいです。

Job Description
★Work as a Director in IT Outsourcing area, which is a focused business identified by Global
■Recruitment Background：
・Outsourcing businesses is an essential part of TCS end-to-end business model, which is TCS strength.
・Needs from customers and the market has been increasing for both application and infrastructure and we are engaged in many large-scale projects.
■Work Details/Mission：
＜Application Outsourcing Director＞
Work as a person responsible for entire outsourcing processes and address customers in accordance with customer’s needs.
Specifically, work details assumed for personnel with Director Rank are as follows.
・Plan/propose application outsourcing as per customer needs
・Conduct Due Diligence and conclude contracts
・Conduct application transition to TCS Global environment
・Provide new operation/maintenance service
★Expected customer industries：
Manufacturing, automotive, general contractor, HiTech, aviation, banking, insurance, distribution & retail, trading company
★Project Scale：
Multiple-year outsourcing project with contract value 3 billion JPY or more

Registered Qualification
We are looking for candidates with following experiences. Please do not hesitate to introduce applicable candidates.
・Experience of PM or higher in a large-scale application outsourcing project
・Experience of team management and capability of span of control in project
・Experience of communicating with customer CXOs
・Experience of application outsourcing leveraging offshore
・Experience of application outsourcing using English
※As a guide, it is preferable to have a team management experience for a project of a contract with contract value 1 billion yen with about 50 members in the team.

Monthly salary：1,000,000 JPY or more ＋ Bonus ＋ various allowances
