職務内容
|
■About the project:
This is a front ending role to co-ordinate and software trainig to customer members.
■Responsibilities:
・Daily co-ordination with customer
・Working along with Indian members and software training to customer engineers
・Weekly connect with India members for content creation and project deliverables
・Daily usage of Japanese language in training
■Advantages of the position
This project will give scope to get trained on new technologies, give exposure to client handling and also prepare for technical delivery projects
■About the team:
9 members in Japan + 12 members in India

【Required skills】
- Matlab, Simulink based model development experience
- Embedded C programming skill
- Experience of assessing project requirements & specifications with clients
Languages:
・Japanese: Business or more
・English: Business or more
【Nice-to-have skills】
Knowledge of Control Desk, Microautobox, and Vehicle network

Manager/Supervisor classification: Nil (Classifiable depending on the case)
Working hours classification: Deemed working hours system
Category of deemed working hours system: Discretionary labor system for professional work
Deemed working hours per day: 8hrs
■Salary
Annual salary: ~8M yen *will be decided in consideration of candidates’ experiences and abilities.
Discretionary labor allowance: 60,000 JPY - 80,000 JPY
Overtime work allowance: By ordinary (Paid according to overtime working hours)
Salary raise: Yes

■Working hours
9:00 - 18:00
(Actual working hrs: 8hrs /Flex time system/ Core time: 10:00 - 16:00)
■Holiday/Leave
Annual paid leave (10 days provided in the first year * Variable depending on joining date), Two days off every week (Sat, Sun), Public holidays, Yearend and new year holidays, Congratulation or condolence leave, and nursing leave.
