職務内容
|
■ Responsibilities / Expectations from the Role
1. AD/ADAS アプリケーションのシステム レベルの要件を作成するために、関係者の要件を理解および分析します。
2. 既存の要件、インタフェイス ドキュメント、設計およびシステム エンジニアリング ドキュメントを使用して、システム モデルを開発および拡張します。
3. DOORs を使用して要件管理を実施します。
4. チームに MBSE/SysML 関連のサポートを提供します。
5. AD/ADAS アプリケーションのソフトウェア コンポーネントの機能要件を把握し、理解します。
6. C-コード/モデルに対する仕様を開発します。
6. 要件ベースの機能テスト ケースを作成し、MILs および SILs のテストを実行します。
7. オフショア チーム、日本のクライアントなどとの調整を行います。
6. 毎日のステータスを追跡し、クライアントおよび社内関係者へのレポートを作成します。
1. Understand and analyse stakeholder requirements to create system level requirements for AD/ADAS applications.
2. Develop and extend the system model using existing requirements, interface documentation, design and systems engineering documents.
3. Perform requirement management using DOORs
4. Provide MBSE/SysML related support to the team.
5. Understand and comprehend the Software Component functional requirements for AD/ADAS applications.
6. Develop C- Code/ Specification to Model
7. Create requirement based functional test cases and perform MILs & SILs test.
8. Handle coordination with offshore team, Japanese client etc
9. Daily status tracking and reporting to client and internal stakeholders.

■ Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
1. 自動車分野における AD/ADAS アプリケーションおよび SDLC について十分に理解している。
2. モデル ベースのソフトウェア開発、検証、および確認の経験 (MATLAB/Simulink の使用と自動コード生成を使用)
3. SysMLダイアグラムの種類、および MBSE ツール (Magic Draw)を使用したそれらのインタラクションの知識と形成など、モデル ベースのシステム エンジニアリングの経験。
4. プログラム言語 C、C++ などの優れた知識
5. CAN、CAN FD、LIN、イーサネットなどの自動車プロトコルに関する十分な理解
6. 優れたバイリンガル コミュニケーション スキル
7. 優れた MS Office ドキュメントの準備およびプレゼンテーションのスキル
1. Have good understanding of AD/ADAS applications & SDLC in Automotive domain.
2. Experience in Model based software development, Verification & Validation( using MATLAB/Simulink and automatic code generation)
3. Have experience in Model-based system engineering including knowledge and formation of SysML diagrams types and their interaction using MBSE tool (Magic Draw).
4. Good knowledge of programming language C, C++ etc.
5. Good understanding of Automotive protocols such as CAN, CAN FD, LIN, Ethernet, etc.
6. Good Bilingual Communication Skills
7. Good MS Office Document Preparation & Presentation skills

■Employment status
Regular Employee
Manager/Supervisor classification: Nil (Classifiable depending on the case)
Deemed working hours per day: 8hrs
■Salary
Monthly salary:Under our corporate regulations, amount will be decided in consideration of candidates’ experiences and abilities.
Discretionary labor allowance: 60,000 JPY - 80,000 JPY
Overtime work allowance: By ordinary (Paid according to overtime working hours)

■Working hours
9:00 - 18:00
(Actual working hrs: 8hrs /Flex time system/ Core time: 10:00 - 16:00)
