[Automotive] 要件管理マネージャー/Requirement Management Engineer
職務内容 1. 調整役のエンジニアとしてお客様と調整を行い、DOORSのシステム要件とソフトウェア要件を把握・管理
2. お客様およびベンダーとの毎日の技術ミーティングに参加
3. お客様とTCSのステークホルダーを対象とした話し合いと報告のためのミーティングを設定
4. お客様とTCSの間の情報交換を促進
5. 週次のスタータスレポート、議事録、プロジェクト管理資料などの作成

■ Responsibility/Expectations from the Role
1. Bridge/Coordination Engineer who can coordinate with client, understand and manage the system and software requirements in Doors.
2. Participate in the daily technical meetings with client and vendors
3. Schedule discussion and reporting to client and TCS stakeholders
4. Facilitate the information exchange betwwen client and TCS
5. Creation of weekly status reports, minutes of meetings, project administration documents, etc.

■ Project Details
In ADAS project, we are responsible for ADAS SW validation. Mainly it involves Functional Validation and Failsafe Validation of ADAS SW applications/functionalities such as ICC, FEB, lDW, etc. by using HILS Test Environment from dSpace and Vector. There is requirement to add team members.

Person working in this project will get to know about latest trends in ADAS, new functionalities of ADAS, complete knowledge of SDLC, knowledge of various types of validations HILS, SILS, MILS, Unit Testing, Static Code Analysis, client handling, communication skills, presentation Skills. TCS is one of the largest IT one of the company and person working here will have exposure to latest tools & technologies and industrial processes.

1. ソフトウェアの開発プロセスと検証プロセス全般に関する知識
2. 通訳・翻訳の能力
3. お客様との調整と英語によるコミュニケーションの能力
4. IBM DOORSなどの要件管理ツールを使用した経験
5. POLARIONなどのアプリケーションライフサイクル管理ツールを使用した経験
1. Knowledge of overall SW development and validation process
2. Interpretation and Translation expertise
3. Good client co-ordination and Bilingual comunication experience
4. Good exposure to requirement management tools like IBM DOORS
5. Good exposure to application lifecycle management tools like POLARION

[Language]
Japanese/English Bilingual skills are required during client communication and meetings, for understanding specifications, TCSJ co-ordination, HW procurements, HW shipment to India, etc.

Regular Employee
Manager/Supervisor classification: Nil (Classifiable depending on the case)
Deemed working hours per day: 8hrs

■Salary
Monthly salary:Under our corporate regulations, amount will be decided in consideration of candidates’ experiences and abilities.
Discretionary labor allowance: 60,000 JPY - 80,000 JPY
Overtime work allowance: By ordinary (Paid according to overtime working hours)

■Working hours
9:00 - 18:00
(Actual working hrs: 8hrs /Flex time system/ Core time: 10:00 - 16:00)
