EPS Lead
職務内容 ■Role descriptions / Expectations for the Role
・Lead and manage all Electronics Power Streering (EPS) development activities from TCS with India and Japan teams
・Monthly meetings with customer managers and regular governance discussions with supplier executives
・Activity proposal creation for business expansion in EPS area
・Business process handling for all TCS EPS activities
・Technical reviews of deliverables and ensure deliverable quality through functional and system testing
・Contribute in vertical level technical initiatives for business growth and asset creation
 
登録資格 ■ Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

[Must-Have]
1. Good Japanese-English bilingual communication skills
2. Knowledge of automotive communication protocols

3. Understanding of vehicle electronics & chassis systems

4. Experience in supplier co-ordination and RFQ creation
5. Experience using Vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer)
6. Experience in ECU validation and vehicle testing

■Salary
Monthly salary: Negotiable: * Under our corporate regulations, amount will be decided in consideration of candidates’ experiences and abilities.
Discretionary labor allowance: 60,000 JPY - 80,000 JPY (depending on the grade)
Overtime work allowance: By ordinary (Paid according to overtime working hours)
Salary raise: Yes
Premium: Yes

■Working hours
9:00 - 18:00
(Actual working hrs: 8hrs /Flex time system/ Core time: 10:00 - 16:00)

■Holiday/Leave
Annual paid leave (10 days provided in the first year * Variable depending on joining date), Two days off every week (Sat, Sun), Public holidays, Yearend and new year holidays, Congratulation or condolence leave, and nursing leave.
