Onsite Embedded Engineer
職務内容 ■Role descriptions / Expectations for the Role
-Lead project execution from onsite
-Understand customer expectations from technical point of view for development of embedded Software and Hardware technical support for ECU Motors
-Prepare Technical Requirement specifications
-Support development team for reviews
-Manage client reviews and on-time closure of feedback 
登録資格 ■ Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
-Fluent in English and Japanese
-Embedded Software design and development of Electronics components like DC/BLDC Motor.
-Understanding of microcontrollers, C language coding experience, Waveform check using oscilloscope, Knowledge of LIN, CAN protocol etc
Basic understanding on circuit, circuit design review
-Automotive Embedded systems development

■ Nice to have skills
-Product development experience (Hardware Software Mechanical - Requirement, Design, Development, Reliability testing)
-Understanding of Melexis Microcontrollers, Motor/BLDC, Assembly language
-Project Management & Soft skills

Regular Employee
Manager/Supervisor classification: Nil (Classifiable depending on the case)
Working hours classification: Deemed working hours system
Category of deemed working hours system: Discretionary labor system for professional work
Deemed working hours per day: 8hrs

Monthly salary: Negotiable upto 620,000 JPY: * Under our corporate regulations, amount will be decided in consideration of candidates’ experiences and abilities.
Discretionary labor allowance: 60,000 JPY - 80,000 JPY (depending on grades)
Overtime work allowance: depending in grades

Premium: Yes

■Working hours
9:00 - 18:00
(Actual working hrs: 8hrs /Flex time system/ Core time: 10:00 - 16:00)

Annual paid leave (10 days provided in the first year * Variable depending on joining date), Two days off every week (Sat, Sun), Public holidays, Yearend and new year holidays, Congratulation or condolence leave, and nursing leave.
