|
■Role descriptions / Expectations for the Role
-Understand customer expectations from technical point of view for design of embedded Software and Hardware
-Understanding the ECU functions like ECU Base Software, Calibration Data, FOTA, DoIP, SOMEIP Services, etc. and query resolution from Client/Supplier
-Analyze the requirement related with these functions, create Test specification, Develop Automated Test Units, and validate the ECUs
-Management and Validation of existing tools and tool modification based on Specification update
-Develop smart automated solutions for complex test scenarios
-Configuration of the Ethernet SW-HW Components in the Prevision
-AUTOSAR System and Software Design modelling
-Log Analysis of Ethernet Stack - IP, TCP, UDP, SOMEIP, MAC, ARP, TFTP, RTP, DoIP, etc
-Obtain and Understand Customer Requirements for Remote Diagnostics, Data Uploader, UDS Service authentication, Cloud service performance measurements, etc
-Manage offshore teams for development of Android applications and ECU boards
-Integration of hardware and Software modules at site location
-Vehicle testing and performance evaluation

■ Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
-Automotive domain experience
-Offshore Team Management experience
Communication:
-Fluent in English (at least Business), Business level Japanese (N3 or more)
Technology:
-Expertise in Embedded Software Design and development
-Extensive knowledge and experience with Adaptive/Classic AUTOSAR System - Software Architecture, Arxml components, etc
-Understanding and Hands-On Development experience with ECU’s and Microcontrollers
-Experience and Solid Knowledge of the Object-Oriented Paradigm, Data Structures, Pointers, Windows Multithreading
-Development experience using CAPL, (Embedded) C / C++ (On-Linux) / C#, and Python programming languages
-Experience with each of the following Vehicle Communication Protocols:
＊CAN, CAN-FD, LIN
＊UDS, Ethernet, DoIP, SOME/IP, TCP, UDP, TFTP, RTP
＊UDSonCAN/IP, J2534/DPDU standards
-Expertise in Automotive Validation Tools such as:
＊CANoE, CANalyzer, CANape
＊Wireshark, VTestStudio, HIL testing, Log Analysis, Jira
-Project management Experience with Agile methodology
■ Nice to have skills
-Core competency in all phases of SDLC
-Embedded E2E development experience
-VB Macro
-Functional Safety Standards, FOTA, Remote Diagnostics,
-AUTOSAR Standard Knowledge with respect to ECU development
-Experience in Device driver development
-WPF C#
-Microsoft COM

Regular Employee
Manager/Supervisor classification: Nil (Classifiable depending on the case)
Working hours classification: Deemed working hours system
Category of deemed working hours system: Discretionary labor system for professional work
Deemed working hours per day: 8hrs
■Salary
Monthly salary: Negotiable * Under our corporate regulations, amount will be decided in consideration of candidates’ experiences and abilities.
Discretionary labor allowance: 60,000 JPY - 80,000 JPY (depending on grades)
Overtime work allowance: depending in grades
Salary raise: Yes
Premium: Yes
■Working hours
9:00 - 18:00
(Actual working hrs: 8hrs /Flex time system/ Core time: 10:00 - 16:00)
■Holiday/Leave
Annual paid leave (10 days provided in the first year * Variable depending on joining date), Two days off every week (Sat, Sun), Public holidays, Yearend and new year holidays, Congratulation or condolence leave, and nursing leave.
