■Detailed Job description/responsibilities
1. As a Project Leader work with customer to understanding the roadmap and project plan.
2. Able to support project activities and coordinate with all stakeholders (Onsite, Offshore and Customer)
3. Able to create work breakdown structure and process templates
4. Assist Project Manager in reviewing weekly report, Risks and alert proactively
5. Willing to learn new technologies and trends
6. Coordinate with Onsite and Offshore team for development, testing and delivery milestone
7. Monitor, track the project progress / delivery as per schedule
8. Learn technical activities and become part of core team.

|
Required skills:
1.Should have experience working on Engineering or Manufacturing domain.
2.Able to understand the basic Engineering, Manufacturing and PLM terminology
3.Basic functional knowledge of Engineering or Manufacturing business process
4.Basic knowledge of SDLC process like Agile, Waterfall, etc.
5.Bilingual (English and Japanese) for speaking and writing.
6.Fluency in basic Microsoft office applications
Nice-to-have skills:
1.Experience in PLM or MES tools
2.Experience in project lead role
3.PLM customization or basic programming skills
4.Working in global environment with multiple stakeholders from various geography

一日当たりのみなし労働時間：8時間
■給与
月給：※経験・能力など考慮の上、当社規程により決定
裁量労働手当：60,000円〜80,000円
残業手当：通常(残業時間に応じて支払う)
昇給：あり
賞与：あり
■勤務時間
9:00〜18:30
（実働8時間・フレックスタイム制有、コアタイム10:00〜16:00）
OVERTIME 残業：30-40hrs
