About the project:
The project supports 3DExperience ENOVIA operation and maintenance project that has been introduced to other bases including overseas.

Job Description:
Operation and maintenance of the Dassault Systems 3DExperience ENOVIA solution that has already been implemented in two departments (both at multiple sites including overseas).
■ Cooperate with the global team for operation and maintenance ticketing
■ Weekly reports to customers
■ Specification confirmation and test of CR (specification change request), introduction support
You will work with our global team to perform the above tasks.
2つの部門（どちらも海外を含む複数拠点）へ導入済みのダッソーシステムズ3DExperience ENOVIAソリューションの運用保守。
■グローバルチームと協力し運用保守のチケット業務
■週次の顧客への報告
■CR(仕様変更依頼）の仕様確認およびテスト、導入支援
上記タスクをグローバルチームと協力して実行いただきます。

登録資格
|
Required skills:
Experience in some kind of work such as operation, maintenance and development of PLM with a global team.
Sufficient English proficiency to carry out duties.
グローバルチームと一緒にPLMの運用保守・開発などなんらかの業務を行った経験があること。
業務遂行に十分な英語力があること。
Nice to have skills:
・ Those who have functional knowledge of Dassault Systèmes 3DExperience ENOVIA.
・ Those who can invest their time in acquiring new knowledge.
・ Those who want to gain experience in upstream processes such as requirements definition and design.
・Those who are ambitious and can take proactive actions toward the success of the project. "
Language Skills:
English proficiency is required. Our technical team speaks only English, and our customers speak only Japanese. We bridge requests and specifications between the two while confirming with the team.
英語力は必須。技術チームは全員英語のみを話し、顧客は日本語のみを話します。チームと確認をとりながら要望や仕様を両者間でブリッジします。

■給与
月給：※経験・能力など考慮の上、当社規程により決定
裁量労働手当：60,000円〜80,000円 (グレードにより有り無し）
残業手当：通常(残業時間に応じて支払う)
昇給：あり
賞与：あり
■勤務時間
9:00〜18:00
（実働8時間・フレックスタイム制有、コアタイム10:00〜16:00）
OVERTIME 残業：30-40hrs
